Mobile Toilets for Nanyang Fireworks Party

Admin September 27, 2026

When Nanyang hosts a fireworks party, the bulk allocation of mobile toilets needs to be comprehensively considered from five aspects: planning, leasing, placement, type selection, and maintenance to ensure that the event's needs are met and hygiene conditions are guaranteed.

1. Advance Planning: Accurately Calculate Requirements and Reserve Sufficient Time
Before the event, it is necessary to clarify the duration of the fireworks party (usually several hours) and the number of participants, and calculate the number of mobile toilets based on this. The general standard is to configure 1-2 male and female toilet stalls per 100 people, while also considering the proportion of barrier-free facilities (recommended to account for 10% of the total). For example, if the expected number of participants is 5,000, at least 50-100 toilet stalls are required, including 5-10 barrier-free stalls. In addition, the leasing application should be submitted 2 weeks in advance to allow the leasing company to coordinate resources and complete installation preparations.

2. Selecting Leasing Channels: Prioritize Legitimate Companies and Clarify Contract Terms
Choose legitimate leasing companies that can provide bulk services, focusing on confirming whether the materials of the mobile toilets they provide meet weather resistance requirements. For example, in hot weather, plastic toilets with sunshades should be selected to avoid deformation or odors caused by exposure to the sun. The contract should clearly define the scope of responsibilities for delivery, installation, maintenance, and recycling, such as whether the leasing company is responsible for transporting to the designated location, whether the installation and commissioning meet standards, and whether the equipment is recycled on time after the event.

3. On-site Placement: Balance Concealment and Accessibility
The placement of mobile toilets should meet two core principles: concealment to avoid affecting the overall landscape of the event, and accessibility to ensure that participants can quickly find toilets within a 50-meter range. Specific placement should be away from water sources (to prevent pollution) and air vents (to reduce odor diffusion). It is also recommended to set the ratio of male to female toilet stalls at 3:2, with a spacing of more than 1.5 meters between each stall to avoid crowding. If the event is held at night, emergency lighting equipment should be installed in the toilets to ensure safety during use.

4. Toilet Type Selection: Flexibly Combine According to Venue and Needs
Mobile toilets can be divided into two types: standalone and trailer-mounted. Standalone toilets are compact and flexible in placement, suitable for corners of the venue or areas with limited space; trailer-mounted toilets have spacious interiors, equipped with multiple squatting stalls and handwashing facilities, capable of meeting the simultaneous use of a large number of people, and are suitable for placement near the main event area. For example, trailer-mounted toilets can be prioritized at the main entrance or audience concentration area of the fireworks party, while standalone toilets can be used as supplements in peripheral areas.

5. Daily Maintenance: Regular Inspections to Ensure Hygiene Conditions
During the leasing period, an inspection system should be established, with at least two inspections per day of the water tank level and toilet paper supply to avoid affecting use due to material shortages. In hot weather, chemical disinfectant tablets should be replaced every 4 hours to prevent bacterial growth. In addition, dedicated personnel should be arranged to clean the interior of the toilets and promptly dispose of garbage to maintain a clean environment.
