Interior of Multi-functional Mobile Toilet

Admin October 08, 2026

The interior facilities of multi-functional mobile toilets are designed around the needs of hygiene, convenience, and durability, covering four core modules: sanitary ware, environmental control, water supply and drainage, and power systems, as well as structural components.

Core sanitary ware forms the basic configuration of multi-functional mobile toilets. Toilets are primarily ceramic squat or sit-down models, with high-end products using stainless steel materials, paired with foot-operated or sensor-activated flush valves. Water tank capacities range from 5 to 10 liters, balancing water conservation with cleaning efficiency. The handwashing system comes standard with a sink, faucet, and water storage tank. Faucets are mostly push-type or sensor-activated, while sinks are primarily made of ceramic or stainless steel, with widths of approximately 30-40 centimeters to meet daily usage needs. Additionally, mirrors, coat hooks, shelves, toilet paper holders, and trash bins are standard accessories, with some high-specification toilets also featuring child safety seats or toilet seat covers, reflecting human-centered design.

Environmental control systems ensure interior comfort. The ventilation system centers around a powerful exhaust fan, with a power range of 20-50 watts, capable of exchanging air 10-15 times per hour. Some products adopt a dual exhaust design to enhance air circulation efficiency. The lighting system uses 5-15 watt LED energy-saving lights, with some equipped with emergency lighting to ensure low energy consumption and safety. The temperature control system is configured according to climatic differences: cold regions use insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers; hot regions install ventilation skylights or small air conditioners to adapt to different environmental needs.

Water supply and drainage, and power systems are key to functionality. The water supply system is divided into self-contained tank types (with freshwater tank capacities of 100-300 liters, supplied via water pumps or gravity) and external water source types (directly connected to municipal water pipes). The sewage system traditionally uses a bottom sewage tank (with a capacity of 200-500 liters, requiring regular cleaning), while modern eco-friendly products adopt foam sealing or microbial degradation technologies to reduce pollution. The power system primarily relies on 220V mains electricity or is powered by a 12V/100Ah battery and solar panels, supporting the operation of exhaust fans, lighting, and sensor devices.

Structural components and accessories focus on safety and practicality. The door lock and indication system includes an internal safety lock and an external 'Occupied/Vacant' sign or LED display to avoid usage conflicts. In terms of materials, wall panels are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass, or color-coated steel plates, while floors are non-slip or fiberglass grating to ensure durability and slip resistance. Accessibility facilities are designed for special populations, featuring larger interior spaces, equipped with handrails, wheelchair turning spaces, and low-level handwashing stations, reflecting social care.
