Movable Toilet Materials

Admin September 22, 2026

The materials for movable toilets vary depending on different manufacturing plans. Common materials include water storage tanks/barrels, wooden planks/strips, universal wheels, plastic soft panels/stainless steel basins, self-tapping screws/angle grinders/hole-opening tools, sanitary ware, drainage pipes/elbows/water pipes, glass glue/waterproof paint, hinges, and solar devices in some cases.

Water storage tanks or barrels are the core structural materials for movable toilets, used to construct the main frame of the toilet and provide basic support for the entire structure.

Wooden planks or strips are also commonly used in the manufacturing of movable toilets. They can be used to increase the height of the water storage tank, enabling the toilet to reach an appropriate usage height; they can also be used to secure the base of the universal wheels, ensuring stable installation and enabling the toilet's mobility; in addition, they are used in making door frames.

Universal wheels, installed at the bottom of the wooden planks, are key components for achieving the toilet's mobility, allowing it to be moved easily as needed.

Plastic soft panels or stainless steel basins can be used to make walls or washbasins. Plastic soft panels are lightweight, low-cost, and easy to process and install; stainless steel basins are sturdy, durable, and have good waterproof properties, making them suitable for making washbasins and other components that come into contact with water.

Self-tapping screws, angle grinders, and hole-opening tools are auxiliary materials and tools for connection and cutting. Self-tapping screws are used to fix various components, making the structure more stable; angle grinders and hole-opening tools are used to cut and open holes in materials to meet different installation requirements.

Sanitary ware, including toilets, water tanks, showers, faucets, etc., are essential components for the normal use of movable toilets.

Drainage pipes, elbows, and water pipes are used to construct the sewage drainage system, ensuring that the toilet's wastewater can be discharged smoothly.

Glass glue and waterproof paint are used for sealing and beautifying surfaces. Glass glue can fill gaps to prevent water leakage; waterproof paint protects the surface of materials, extends their service life, and enhances the toilet's aesthetics.

Hinges are used to install toilet doors, enabling flexible opening and closing.

Some movable toilets are also equipped with solar devices to provide energy and meet the power needs of lighting, ventilation, and other equipment inside the toilet.
