Movable Prefabricated Houses
Movable prefabricated houses mainly include four types: new energy mobile houses, movable panel houses, container-type mobile houses, and mobile villas.

New energy mobile houses: These houses are prefabricated in factories and have self-generating capabilities, making them convenient, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly. They come in a variety of styles, and their interior layouts can be freely customized according to user needs to meet different usage scenarios.
Movable panel houses: With light steel as the framework and sandwich panels as the enclosure material, they are eco-friendly and cost-effective temporary buildings. They adopt standard modular design and are connected by bolts, facilitating easy disassembly and transportation. After the components are prefabricated in the factory, they can be assembled on-site in a standardized manner. The area can be customized according to needs, ranging from 15 to 160 square meters, and they are suitable for various terrains. The main types of movable panel houses include cement movable houses with steel structure load-bearing, lightweight and low-cost phosphorus-magnesium movable houses, and color steel panel movable houses with excellent thermal insulation performance. Color steel panel movable houses use colored-coated polyethylene foam sandwich panels and have a service life of 10 to 20 years.
Container-type mobile houses: These houses are movable and can meet the needs of multiple disassemblies and reuses, with a designed service life of up to 20 years. They are made of color steel plates, and their external thermal insulation methods meet new building energy efficiency standards. The main frame is pressed from special-shaped steel plates, and the side panels are filled with special sound-insulating and heat-insulating materials, providing functions such as heat insulation, sound insulation, cold resistance, and fire prevention. They are non-combustible, non-moldy, and insect-resistant, with a long service life. The structural life can reach 70 years, and the service life of the container house exceeds 30 years. In addition, they have earthquake resistance (magnitude 8) and wind resistance (wind speed up to 11) capabilities, weigh about 2.5 tons, are convenient for overall lifting, have firmly connected parts, can withstand typhoons, have a roof snow load capacity of up to 1.5 meters, and meet the fire resistance limit of Class A design standards.
Mobile villas: Produced by companies such as Foshan Hege Steel Structure Integrated Housing Co., Ltd., these companies focus on the development of steel structure materials, the production and installation of light steel movable houses, and the production of panels. Mobile villas are one of the main products of these companies. In addition to mobile villas, they also operate prefabricated houses, container movable houses, and other products.
