Movable Container House Design
Movable container house design features modularity, structural stability, high integration, overall mobility, and low transportation costs, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Design Features
- Modular Design: Using containers as basic units, they can be used individually or combined horizontally and vertically to create spacious areas. They can be stacked up to three levels vertically to meet different spatial requirements.
- Structural Stability: Container units are constructed with standard components welded from special steel sections. Bolted connections between containers ensure easy installation and high structural strength, adapting to various environmental conditions.
- High Integration: Interior finishes such as ceilings, floors, and electrical wiring are prefabricated in the factory, allowing for immediate occupancy after on-site installation without the need for secondary decoration, thus shortening the construction period.
- Overall Mobility: The house can be moved as a whole without disassembly, reducing costs for secondary utilization and making it suitable for temporary or frequently relocated scenarios.
- Low Transportation Costs: To accommodate ocean shipping, the house is disassembled into roof, floor, and column components. Multiple houses can be packed into the volume of a standard container, reducing transportation space requirements.
Design Parameters
Unit Specifications: Length 6055mm (net size 5845mm), width 2990/2435mm (net size 2780/2220mm), height 2896mm (net size 2500mm).
Load Standards: Roof live load 1.0KN/㎡, floor live load 2.0KN/㎡, wind load 0.6KN/m.
Material Selection: The frame is made of hot-dip galvanized sections. The roof and floor insulation layers are 100mm glass wool (optional for the floor). The walls are 75mm rock wool color-steel composite panels (optional 50/100mm). The floor is 1.8mm rubber-plastic flooring, and the doors and windows are steel doors and plastic-steel sliding windows, respectively.
Facility Configuration: Electrical wiring is prefabricated on the roof, water supply is laid along the walls, and drainage is handled on the side of the walls, meeting basic living needs.
Application Scenarios
Suitable for conventional scenarios such as office spaces, double rooms, suites, and public restrooms, it can also be creatively designed and transformed into personalized spaces like cafes, bookstores, and art studios. For example, the 900MW photovoltaic camp project in Fukang, Xinjiang, and the photovoltaic power station camp project in Saudi Arabia both adopted such houses, demonstrating their applicability in extreme environments. Additionally, through modular combinations, container houses can achieve a fusion of industrial aesthetics and modern design, meeting the diverse imaginations of different groups regarding living spaces.
