Monolithic Mobile Toilet Production

Admin September 24, 2026

Monolithic mobile toilets can be produced using water storage containers, with two common methods: using a water storage barrel and using a water storage tank with a pallet.

Production Using a Water Storage Barrel

  1. Basic Structure Construction: First, use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Secure wooden strips and self-tapping screws to the upper side of the barrel to increase height, providing space for subsequent installation of other components. Cut an opening on the side of the barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, providing some sealing and cushioning. Embed plastic soft boards to form elevated walls, and place the upper half of the barrel on top of the wooden strips as a roof, initially constructing the main frame of the toilet.
  2. Drainage and Water Storage System Setup: Cut a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain for discharging sewage. Cut holes on the side to connect direct fittings, and cut another hole at the bottom to install another direct fitting, then place a plastic bucket to form a small water storage device, which can store a certain amount of water for flushing, etc.
  3. Sanitary Facility Installation: Connect a water pipe-made bath heater, install a tee fitting under the inlet pipe and connect a showerhead to meet bathing needs. Place a toilet and install a water tank, securing it with glass glue to ensure the toilet is stable and well-sealed. Connect the drain pipe to a sewage bucket for sewage collection. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the tee fitting of the outlet pipe and extend it to the door as the inlet pipe for a sink, install fittings and hoses, cut holes in the door and install corresponding components to complete the handwashing function.

Production Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

  1. Mobility and Tank Processing: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet and place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line at the top of the tank to remove the top, then invert another tank with an open top and stack it on the first tank, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws to increase the space and stability of the toilet.
  2. Doorway and Drainage Setup: Cut a rectangular opening in the outer frame of the tank and cut the tank body according to the corresponding size to form a doorway for easy access. Cut a hole in the interior floor of the tank, insert an elbow and a water pipe, seal the gaps with glue, and cut off the excess water pipe to prepare for toilet drainage.
  3. Sanitary Facility Installation: Place the toilet aligned with the drain hole and secure it with glue to ensure accurate positioning and no wobbling. Secure water pipes with wall clips, install a faucet, fix a pipe cap with screws at the bottom, connect a water pipe and cut a hole at the bottom as the outlet for the drain pipe, cut a hole in the pipe cap and fix a sink made of a stainless steel basin after applying glass glue. Connect the inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose and install a shower bracket and toilet seat, install a showerhead-type shower made of a water pipe to complete all functions of the toilet. Finally, fix hinges on the frame of the tank, fix the other side to a wooden board to form a door, and install a door handle to make the toilet enclosed.
