Monolithic Mobile Toilet Manufacturing
Monolithic mobile toilet manufacturing involves multiple aspects such as material selection, structural composition, structural form, mobility method, sewage treatment method, and design principles.

Material Selection: The overall wall materials are diverse. The 5-centimeter-thick purified board, with its high hardness, is one of the commonly used options. Fiberglass, polyethylene, and other materials are also relatively common, and wood was used in early manufacturing. Different materials have different characteristics. The purified board is sturdy and durable, fiberglass is lightweight and corrosion-resistant, and polyethylene has good flexibility and waterproof properties. Reasonable selection can be made according to actual needs and the usage environment.
Structural Composition: It generally includes a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) for collecting and treating excreta; a floor providing a stable standing and activity space; a complete set of sanitary ware such as squat toilets to meet usage needs; walls serving as enclosure and isolation; washing equipment facilitating user cleaning; a water tank providing water for flushing, etc.; a roof for sheltering from wind and rain; and a mobile device ensuring the toilet can be moved as a whole.
Structural Form: It is divided into monolithic-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The monolithic structure is relatively simple and independent, while the composite structure may be composed of multiple parts, having a more complex structure and functions.
Mobility Method: There are lifting and handling-type mobile toilets that rely on lifting equipment or manual handling for movement; and powered and towed-type mobile toilets that move through their own power or being towed by other vehicles, suitable for different distances and site mobility requirements.
Sewage Treatment Method: It includes water-flush and waterless-flush suction-type mobile toilets. The former is cleaned by water flushing, and the latter uses a suction device to treat excreta; circulating water-flush mobile toilets can recycle water, saving water resources; dry-packing mobile toilets pack excreta in a dry manner for easy subsequent cleaning and transportation.
Design Principles: It follows the principles of being mobile and convenient, economical and durable; environmentally friendly and ecological, beneficial to the environment; improving efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure should be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials while ensuring sturdiness; control the height and width of the toilet to ensure the convenience of movement and use; the mobile device should be complete and reasonable to ensure the safety and stability during the moving process.
