Monolithic Mobile Toilet Installation
Admin September 21, 2026
The installation of a monolithic mobile toilet must follow standardized procedures to ensure safety and proper functionality. The specific steps and precautions are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparations
- Site Survey and Planning
- Ensure the installation location avoids low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage power lines, and obstacles, maintaining a dry and well-ventilated site.
- Measure the site dimensions to ensure the toilet access passage is at least 1.2 meters wide, with adequate operational space (e.g., a minimum clearance of 0.5 meters around the equipment).
- Material Inventory and Inspection
- Verify the model, quantity, and accessories (such as sinks, flushing mechanisms, sewage pipes, and door locks) of the mobile toilet to ensure nothing is missing.
- Inspect the equipment for any external damage and ensure internal components (such as water tanks, toilets, and electrical circuits) are intact to avoid installation delays due to damaged parts.
- Tool and Personnel Preparation
- Equip with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, spirit levels, and electric drills, and arrange for 2-3 professional installers (familiar with the equipment structure and operating procedures).
- If the toilet is heavy or needs to be installed at a height, coordinate with lifting equipment such as cranes to assist with transportation, preventing damage or safety incidents caused by manual handling.
II. On-site Installation Steps
- Foundation Fixing
- Lift the toilet body to the designated position and use a spirit level to adjust its levelness, with a deviation not exceeding 3mm to prevent inconvenience or structural damage due to tilting.
- Secure the equipment with expansion bolts (for hard surfaces) or counterweights (for soft surfaces) to ensure stability, especially in areas with strong winds where additional fixing may be required.
- Water and Electricity Connection and Testing
- Connect the sewage pipe to the nearest sewer or designated sewage collection tank, maintaining a pipe slope of at least 2% to prevent backflow or blockage of sewage.
- Connect to a water source (using a pipe with a diameter of at least DN20) and test the flushing function and drainage seal to ensure no leaks occur.
- Detail Inspection and Cleaning
- Install accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats, and check the flexibility of door locks and flush buttons to prevent malfunctions during use.
- Clean and disinfect the interior, and place consumables such as air fresheners and toilet paper to enhance the user experience.
III. Post-installation Inspection and Handover
- Function Testing Checklist
- Flush Test: Press the flush button three times consecutively to observe whether the drainage is smooth, with no blockages or odors.
- Load Test: Evenly step on the top of the equipment (such as the roof) to check structural stability, ensuring no abnormal noises or deformations occur.
- Handover Document Confirmation
- Provide the customer with an Equipment Installation Acceptance Certificate, indicating the installation date, warranty period (usually 1-2 years), and usage instructions (such as maintenance cycles and emergency contact information).
IV. Precautions and Safety Regulations
- Installation Safety Requirements
- Wear safety harnesses during high-altitude work and prohibit installation in windy (≥5-level) or rainy/snowy weather to prevent equipment tipping or personnel falling.
- Keep away from fire sources and prohibit smoking or using open-flame equipment inside the toilet to prevent fires or explosions.
- Construction Site Management
- Designate the construction area and set up warning signs (such as “Under Construction, Keep Away”) to prevent accidents caused by unauthorized personnel approaching.
- Ensure adequate lighting for nighttime construction and install reflective strips to enhance visibility, ensuring safe operations.
