Application
The urban management department in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, has purchased a batch of "high-tech" vehicle-mounted mobile toilets, which may be the first time they have been put into use in Guangzhou. These vehicle-mounted mobile toilets resemble large recreational vehicles in appearance and have the flexibility to move at any time, allowing for rapid deployment to different locations based on actual needs.
In terms of functional configuration, they are very complete. They are equipped with an on-board power generation system that can independently supply power and water to ensure their normal operation. An automatically controlled flip-ladder door device is installed for easy access by people. The internal facilities are fully equipped, including paper towel holders, hand dryers, mobile phone stands, hooks, handrails, etc., meeting various needs during toilet use. The urinals and faucets with sensor-activated water flow are convenient and hygienic. A smart makeup mirror with touch-activated lighting and defogging functions is provided to offer a better experience for users. The audio equipment covers the entire area and can play background music, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
In terms of spatial layout, they are equipped with 2 hand-washing sinks, 8 female toilet stalls, 4 male toilet stalls, and urinals, allowing multiple people to use the toilets simultaneously. An accessible automatic elevator is installed for the convenience of people with mobility impairments, and each toilet stall has an emergency call button to ensure the safety of users. There is also a central air conditioning system, fresh air devices, and air curtain devices to regulate indoor temperature and air quality. The exterior walls are equipped with thermal insulation layers to enhance user comfort.
In terms of environmental protection and water conservation, a water-saving pressure-flushing toilet system is adopted. The water consumption for flushing feces is only 0.7 liters per person, with a water-saving rate of over 85%. Each water replenishment/sewage removal cycle can meet the needs of more than 2,500 people. Multiple sealing and odor control technologies, such as water seals and pneumatic flip-flaps, are used to control odor emission.
