Mobile Vehicle-mounted Toilet
A mobile vehicle-mounted toilet is a portable vehicle-mounted public restroom, with some products supporting customization. Common brands include Baiyihengjiu, Keleiya, and Bianjie Environmental Protection, among others. Taking the Sinotruk Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle as an example, its specific configurations and functions are introduced as follows:

Chassis and Power System
This vehicle adopts the Sinotruk Howo 4×2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kW, exceeding the 220kW required in the bidding documents. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires and a double-door integrated cab, offering powerful performance and meeting environmental standards. The upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with rust-proof and fatigue-resistant properties that comply with national standards, ensuring long-term stability in use.
Vehicle Compartment Structure and Zoning
The compartment is designed to accommodate eight people simultaneously, featuring a gender-separated layout. Inside, there are three urinals, six vacuum suction-type squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), and two sit toilets. The restrooms are separated by honeycomb aluminum partitions, with each stall equipped with independent lighting, coat hooks, and other facilities, balancing privacy and practicality. The compartment roof is covered with non-slip patterned aluminum plates, and the door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles. All openings and load-bearing parts are pre-embedded with reinforcements, and the gaps are filled with silicone to ensure sealing, providing excellent load-bearing and leak-proof performance.
Environmental Control and Equipment Maintenance
To enhance user comfort, each gender zone is equipped with a 1.5P air conditioner, and the restroom area has an electric exhaust fan on the roof, with each stall having its own exhaust fan, forming a three-dimensional ventilation system. The exterior of the vehicle is equipped with a ladder for accessing the roof for equipment maintenance; the generator is designed to be quiet and can be directly fueled from the chassis fuel tank, reducing noise interference.
Sanitary Facilities and Auxiliary Configurations
The handwashing area is equipped with two sets of sinks, each with an independent faucet, and is complemented by half-length mirrors, hand soap, paper towel dispensers, and other auxiliary facilities. The water tank system includes a 500L gray water tank to meet daily water needs. The vehicle is equipped with a main control cabinet that integrates a voltmeter, ammeter, and temperature sensor, allowing real-time monitoring of equipment operation status. It is also equipped with a sewage pump with a power greater than 1.5kW for quick waste disposal. Additionally, warning lights are installed on the roof and rear of the vehicle to enhance safety.
