Mobile Truck Toilet

Admin September 20, 2026

A mobile truck toilet is a sanitation facility that installs a mobile toilet on a truck, enabling flexible transportation and use. It has specific requirements for configuration, sewage discharge methods, product types, and installation adaptability.

Special Configuration Example

There are mobile toilets towed by Mercedes-Benz heavy trucks, with the truck head being a Mercedes-Benz Actros, the trailer legs using the JOST brand, and the axles being BPW. This configuration is typically used for transporting precision instruments or high-value cold chain goods, making it quite luxurious for transporting toilets.

Sewage Discharge Methods

  • Water-flushing direct discharge system: It flushes using a water tank or an external water source, with sewage directly discharged into a collection tank or septic tank. It is suitable for construction sites, large events, or temporary camps with a fixed cleaning and transportation cycle. The advantages are thorough flushing and a good user experience; the disadvantages are the need for regular cleaning of the sewage tank, limited water tank capacity, and the risk of pipeline freezing in cold regions.
  • Waterless packaging system: It uses biodegradable plastic bags to automatically package feces through mechanical devices without flushing, sealing the waste in the bags for centralized collection and treatment. It is suitable for truck transportation scenarios with water scarcity, high environmental requirements, or frequent movement. The advantages are waterless operation, water conservation, good odor control, and easy waste transportation; the disadvantages are the need for continuous procurement of packaging bags as consumables, with relatively high single-use costs.
  • Eco-friendly system: It converts feces into organic fertilizer or harmless treatment through microbial degradation or dry-wet separation technology. It is suitable for camps or scenic spots that are stationed for a long time and emphasize environmental protection. The advantages are truly achieving zero or low emissions, reducing the frequency of cleaning and transportation, and having high environmental benefits; the disadvantages are high initial equipment investment costs and certain temperature requirements for the operating environment (usually above 0℃).

Truck Adaptation and Installation Precautions

  • Size and fixation: The size of the truck compartment should match the toilet base. Before installation, measure the length and width of the compartment to ensure there are fixing rings or welding points at the bottom of the toilet to prevent overturning during transportation.
  • Sewage discharge port modification: If the truck needs to travel long distances, it is recommended to connect the toilet sewage discharge port to the quick connector on the truck chassis for direct discharge at designated locations.
  • Anti-freezing treatment: When using a water-flushing system in northern winter, it is recommended to wrap insulation materials around the pipelines.
