Mobile Toilets in Century Park
Currently, there are no records of mobile toilets in Shanghai Century Park; the main public toilets are fixed facilities. Here is the detailed information:
I. Fixed Public Toilets
There is a fixed public toilet on the east side of Century Park, located at No. 666 Fangdian Road, Pudong New Area, Shanghai (east side of the park). This toilet is a permanent structure that provides basic toilet services to meet the daily needs of visitors. Its location is close to the main tourist area on the east side of the park, making it easily accessible for visitors.
II. Featured Toilets
There is a featured toilet next to Gate 7 of the park, designed in light beige and wood colors, with an appearance that harmonizes with the park's natural environment. This toilet is well-equipped, featuring unisex stalls, dedicated changing rooms, a baby care room, and other facilities. It also incorporates an IoT-based intelligent management system that can monitor toilet stall usage and air quality in real-time, enhancing management efficiency. Such design reflects the park's attention to the needs of special groups, but it is not mentioned as a mobile toilet and falls within the category of fixed structures.
III. Differentiation from Cases in Other Cities
Haikou Century Park once used PE mobile toilets as temporary facilities for events, but this case belongs to another city and has no direct connection to Shanghai Century Park. Mobile toilets are typically used in scenarios such as temporary events and construction sites, characterized by their mobility. In contrast, the public toilets in Shanghai Century Park are all fixed facilities and do not exhibit temporary characteristics.
IV. Conclusion
Based on the available information, there are no explicitly installed mobile toilets in Shanghai Century Park. Visitors can prioritize using the fixed public toilet on the east side or the featured toilet next to Gate 7, both of which provide stable services. If the park hosts large-scale events or experiences increased temporary demand in the future, the decision to install mobile toilets will be subject to official announcements. Visitors are advised to check the park's official website or inquire on-site for the latest facility information.
