Mobile Toilet with Wastewater Tank

Admin September 29, 2026

There are three common types of mobile toilets with wastewater tanks: water-flush type (with a sewage tank), water-flush and non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets, and mobile sewage-discharge tank type.

Water-flush type (with a sewage tank): This type of mobile toilet design is relatively common and practical. It is equipped with a top water tank, which is used to store water for flushing. After use, a small amount of water is used for flushing, and the waste flows through the pipes into the sewage collection tank at the bottom, which is the wastewater tank. This design can effectively maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the toilet and reduce odors. However, when the wastewater tank reaches its capacity limit, it needs to be suctioned and cleaned by a professional vehicle to ensure its continued normal use. Generally, this type of mobile toilet is suitable for places with relatively large foot traffic and high hygiene requirements, such as large event venues and scenic spots.

Water-flush and non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets: The water-flush part has a water-flushing device, with the water tank also placed on the top of the toilet and a sewage tank at the bottom. Its working principle is similar to the above-mentioned water-flush type (with a sewage tank). The non-water-flush type, on the other hand, has no flushing device, and the excreta is directly received by the sewage tank at the bottom of the toilet. The sewage tank capacities of these two types of mobile toilets are relatively small, which is to ensure a certain usage time while facilitating timely cleaning. When the specified number of users is reached, timely suction treatment is required; otherwise, it may affect normal use and even cause problems such as sewage overflow. This type of mobile toilet is suitable for places with relatively low hygiene requirements and a relatively small number of users, such as small construction sites and temporary markets.

Mobile sewage-discharge tank type: This type of mobile toilet is equipped with a detachable sewage-discharge tank at the bottom, which can be regarded as a wastewater tank. When it is full, the user can take it out and pour it into public toilets, gas stations, or designated sewage-discharge facilities. This design makes the cleaning work more flexible and convenient, eliminating the need for suction by professional vehicles and reducing usage costs. It is suitable for places where it is difficult to arrange for professional vehicles to enter due to inconvenient transportation, such as tourist attractions in remote mountainous areas and wild construction sites.
