Mobile Toilet with Exhaust System
The installation of a mobile toilet with an exhaust system requires comprehensive consideration of various aspects such as location, piping, fans, and odor control.

Selection of exhaust outlet location: It should be located away from areas where people are active to prevent the direct spread of odors. Typically, it is installed at the top of the toilet or high on the side wall, at a height of more than 1.8 meters above the ground, while avoiding direct sunlight and rain to reduce the impact of external factors on the exhaust system.
Design of ventilation duct routing: Follow the principle of being "short, straight, and smooth" to reduce the number of bends and connections and lower airflow resistance. If the toilet has a split-type structure, the exhaust fan can be installed in an independent ventilation module, and PVC ducts can be used to connect the exhaust ports of each compartment. It is recommended that the duct diameter be no less than 10 centimeters to ensure smooth exhaust.
Fan selection and installation specifications: Choose an axial fan or centrifugal fan with appropriate power. For a single toilet compartment, a device with an air volume of 15 - 20 cubic meters per minute is sufficient. When installing, reserve maintenance space, level the fan body to avoid noise caused by vibration, and install rain-proof louvers and insect screens to protect the normal operation of the fan.
Auxiliary odor control measures: In addition to the main exhaust system, activated carbon adsorption devices or deodorizing liquid sprays can be used to form a double protection. When installing a ventilation fan inside the toilet, design an "upper supply and lower exhaust" airflow pattern to accelerate the removal of stale air. During daily use, regularly clean the exhaust outlet filter to maintain ventilation effectiveness.
Location selection and control of air outlet direction: When renting a mobile toilet, priority should be given to natural ventilation conditions. Avoid placing it in low-lying areas or the leeward side of buildings. Based on local wind direction characteristics, orient the toilet towards the prevailing wind direction. For example, in summer, the air inlet should face the southeast, and in winter, it should be adjusted to the leeward direction to improve natural ventilation efficiency.
Matching of ventilation equipment power: Select appropriate exhaust equipment according to the number of toilets and the size of the space. For a single mobile toilet, it is recommended to configure a small exhaust fan with a power of ≥5W. For large toilets used by multiple people, consider using two fans in parallel to ensure an air exchange rate of 8 - 10 times per hour. When renting, confirm that the equipment has rain-proof design and choose equipment with an IP54 or higher protection rating for greater reliability.
