Mobile Toilet Water Tank Installation Guide

Here are the specific installation steps and related instructions:

I. Installation of the Inlet Valve Before installing the water tank, install the inlet valve. First, insert the head of the inlet valve to the left, then swing it to the right. Align the buckle of the inlet valve with the slot on the mounting plate and lift the slot upwards. At this point, water will enter the inlet valve, which needs to be aligned with the outlet of the 'Tiao Su' (this may be a specific component or an incorrect expression, but it is retained as per the original text). Then, lift the inlet valve along the slot and tighten it by rotating the nut after it reaches the top position. Ensure that the inlet valve is firmly installed to prevent loosening and water leakage during subsequent use.

II. Installation of the Drain Valve Rotate the nut counterclockwise and place the drain valve towards the drain outlet. Then, insert the sleeve on the drain valve into the slot of the drain valve and rotate it clockwise to tighten it after aligning the slots. Pull the half-drain lever upwards, place the drain valve at the drain outlet and press it down into place. The two holes on the drain valve pressure rod should be aligned with the two posts on the drain valve, and insert the holes on the pressure rod onto the protrusions on the drain valve. After installation, open the regulating valve and the inlet valve for a preliminary test to check whether the drain valve works properly and whether there is any water leakage.

III. Installation of the Bracket When installing the bracket, first lift the drain valve upwards to make the lever engage with the lever of the bracket. Insert the bracket and secure it in place. Align the holes on the bracket with the holes on the mounting plate and press them inwards to ensure that the bracket is firmly installed and can bear the weight of the water tank and related components.

IV. Installation of the Water Tank Cover and Panel After installing the bracket, install the water tank cover. Align the two protrusions on the water tank cover with the two slots on the bracket and press them inwards to make the water tank cover fit tightly with the bracket. Finally, install the panel mounting plate and lock it with a fixing rod to complete the overall installation of the water tank.

Note: Some information mentions that the center distance during the installation of concealed water tanks for wall-mounted toilets is 135MM, but it is not clear whether this information is applicable to the installation of mobile toilet water tanks.
