Mobile Toilet Water Tank Fixation

Admin September 22, 2026

The fixation method for the water tank of a mobile toilet should be selected based on the specific installation scenario. Common scenarios and methods are as follows:

1. Squat Pit Water Tank Fixation

  • Marking and Adhesion: Mark the positions on the back panel of the toilet body according to the water tank holes. When applying the adhesive patches, press firmly to ensure complete adhesion and prevent the water tank from shifting due to poor adhesion.
  • Pipe Connection Handling: Apply PVC glue evenly on the bottom basin interface and the water tank outlet, insert the PVC50 end water tank connection pipe, and ensure the interface is sealed to prevent water leakage.
  • Reinforcement and Fixation: Apply glass glue on the back of the water tank for reinforcement, then place a gasket and tighten the screw cap to complete the fixation. The tightening force of the screws should be moderate. Over-tightening may damage the water tank, while under-tightening affects stability.

2. Squat Toilet Water Tank Fixation After Pressure Valve Modification

  • Wall Fixation: Fix the water tank to the wall using expansion bolts. The modified pipeline interface should be sealed to prevent leakage.
  • Installation Hole Positioning: After determining the installation height, mark the installation hole positions on the wall with a tape measure and marker pen, and calibrate with a level to ensure the water tank is installed horizontally.
  • Drilling and Installation: Drill holes with an impact drill, clean the dust inside the holes, insert expansion bolts, and gently tap them in completely with a hammer. When hanging the water tank, align it with the expansion bolts, place a washer, and tighten the fixing nut with a wrench to an appropriate degree.
  • Pipeline Connection: When connecting the inlet and outlet pipes, wrap the interfaces with Teflon tape or apply waterproof sealant to prevent water leakage.

3. Trough-Type Public Toilet Automatic Flush Water Tank Fixation

  • Bracket Selection: Use a stainless steel bracket with a dedicated expansion tank fixing bracket. Stainless steel brackets are highly corrosion-resistant and suitable for humid environments, requiring almost no additional maintenance after installation.
  • Structural Stability: The structural design should firmly fix the electronic control module and the water tank together to prevent shaking from causing poor contact and ensure normal equipment operation.

4. Overall Fixation of Outdoor Mobile Toilets (Including Water Tank Stability Assurance)

  • Site Selection and Padding: Prioritize selecting flat areas with good drainage. If the ground is soft, use gravel or wooden boards for padding to enhance the ground's load-bearing capacity.
  • Ground Anchor Fixation: Use expansion screws or ground anchor nails to connect the fixing chains (straps) to the ground at the four corners or key load-bearing positions of the toilet to prevent shifting.
  • Wind Protection Measures: Install wind ropes on the top of the toilet and fix the other end to ground stakes or heavy objects. In strong winds, use a '井' (well) shaped diagonal pull method to enhance wind resistance.
  • Weight Reinforcement: Add heavy objects such as sandbags or water tanks inside or outside the toilet to enhance stability using gravity. The weights should be evenly distributed to prevent tipping due to重心 (center of gravity) shift.
