Mobile Toilet Water Pump Installation
The following steps and key points can be referred to for the installation of a water pump for a mobile toilet:

1. On-site Positioning and Equipment Placement
Determine the optimal placement position for the lift pump based on the layout of the bathroom fixtures. Typically, it is selected in the corner behind the toilet and close to the main sewage riser. This ensures the shortest pipeline length, reduces installation costs and sewage conveyance resistance, and facilitates subsequent maintenance. After confirming the position, place the pump body steadily on a flat ground surface. There is no need for complex operations such as excavating a foundation pit, pouring a base, or damaging the original ground and waterproof layer, which effectively protects the original structure of the bathroom.
2. Multi-channel Inlet Connection
Connect the toilet outlet, washbasin drainpipe, etc., in sequence to the corresponding inlet ports of the equipment. The equipment is equipped with multiple standardized inlet ports that can adapt to common bathroom drainage scenarios. Each port should be tightly locked with a dedicated sealing element for leak-proof and anti-disconnection treatment to prevent sewage leakage and environmental pollution in the bathroom. The pipelines should be arranged along the wall to make the overall layout more orderly and aesthetically pleasing.
3. Connection of the Main Sewage Pipeline
Connect the equipment's sewage outlet to the vertical main sewage riser. When connecting, install the original factory's silent swing check valve. This check valve plays an important role. On the one hand, it can prevent sewage backflow, avoiding damage to the equipment and affecting normal use caused by sewage回流 (backflow). On the other hand, it can weaken water hammer noise and reduce noise interference during equipment operation. After the pipeline connection is completed, secure the pipe clamps well to ensure that the pipeline runs straight without obvious bends, ensuring smooth sewage discharge.
4. Power Connection and System Commissioning
After connecting to the dedicated power supply, adjust the liquid level start-stop thresholds and simulate the equipment's start-stop states at different water levels to ensure accurate sensing and stable operation. If the equipment is a model with an automatic backwash function, it is also necessary to simultaneously test the start of the backwash program and the washing effect, and confirm that the high-pressure nozzles are operating normally to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment and reduce the probability of failures.
5. Full-process Sealing Acceptance
After the installation is completed, check each interface and pipeline connection for leakage one by one, and at the same time, test whether the equipment's start-stop logic is smooth. After confirming that there are no abnormalities, the entire installation is officially completed and can be put into normal use.
