Mobile Toilet Water Pressurization

Admin September 21, 2026

The water pressurization in mobile toilets is mainly achieved through two methods: high-pressure gas source pressurization and pressurized water tank design, with technical features that balance stable use, water conservation, and hygiene requirements.

High-Pressure Gas Source Pressurization

Some mobile toilets are equipped with a high-pressure gas source device internally, which uses high-pressure gas to pressurize the water, replacing traditional water pumps. This design precisely controls the pressure through a pressure regulator, thereby adjusting the water output to ensure a stable water flow in different usage scenarios. Its core advantage lies in its independence from external water pressure, enabling effective flushing even in environments with extremely low water pressure by using high-pressure gas to propel the water flow. For example, some products require a minimum starting water pressure of only 0.02MPa, significantly lower than the industry standard of 0.08MPa, greatly enhancing their applicability. Additionally, the synergistic effect of high-pressure water flow and gas allows for powerful flushing of the toilet bowl's inner walls, with a wide flushing range and high pressure, achieving thorough cleaning with only one-fifth of the water used by conventional flush toilets, substantially conserving water resources.

Pressurized Water Tank Design

For scenarios with insufficient water pressure, such as high-rise residential buildings or old neighborhoods, some smart mobile toilets or toilets adopt a built-in pressurized water tank design. The pressurized water tank stores and pressurizes the water source in advance, releasing high-pressure water flow when the user flushes, thereby compensating for the lack of external water pressure. This design does not require additional power equipment and relies solely on the internal structure of the water tank to increase water pressure, featuring a simple structure and low maintenance costs. Simultaneously, the pressurized water tank can be integrated with a smart control system to automatically adjust the water storage volume and pressure based on usage frequency, further optimizing water-saving effects. For instance, during low-frequency usage periods, the water tank can maintain lower pressure to reduce energy consumption; while during high-frequency usage periods, it automatically increases pressure to ensure flushing effectiveness.

Summary of Technical Features

The water pressurization technology in mobile toilets aims at stability, water conservation, and hygiene as its core objectives. High-pressure gas source pressurization achieves efficient cleaning with low water volume through the synergistic effect of gas and water flow; the pressurized water tank design solves the problem of insufficient external water pressure through its internal pressurization mechanism. Both methods optimize water flow pressure and distribution to ensure no residue remains on the toilet bowl's inner walls while reducing water consumption. Furthermore, some products expand their usage scenarios by lowering the minimum starting water pressure (e.g., to 0.02MPa), making them suitable for more complex environments. These designs collectively ensure the reliable operation of mobile toilets under different conditions, meeting the dual demands of public hygiene and resource conservation.
