Mobile Toilet Water Pipe Installation Diagram

Admin October 03, 2026

There is currently no direct diagram for the installation of water pipes in mobile toilets, but you can refer to the following installation steps:

I. Water Pipe Installation for Squat Toilets

  1. Inlet Pipe Connection: Place the connecting rubber plug into the inlet of the squat toilet and tighten it. Apply glass glue evenly along the joint edge, then insert the inlet pipe into the rubber plug, ensuring there are no gaps at the connection to prevent water leakage.
  2. Outlet Pipe Connection: Apply glass glue along the edges of the reserved openings on the sewer pipe and the squat toilet's drainage outlet. Align the squat toilet's drainage outlet with the sewer pipe and slowly adjust its position to ensure balance in both horizontal and vertical directions, avoiding drainage issues or sewage overflow due to installation tilt.

II. Water Pipe Installation for Toilet Relocation (Buried in the Ground - Relocator)

  1. Relocator Preparation: Purchase a ready-made relocator (the horizontal pipe is mostly an oval flat pipe with a height of about 60mm) and select the appropriate length according to actual needs.
  2. Ground Preparation: Before waterproofing, use tools to chisel out 20 - 40mm of the ground floor slab to ensure the relocator can be fully embedded and flush with the ground.
  3. Relocator Embedding: Connect one end of the relocator to the original toilet pipe and place the other end at the target relocation spot. Adjust the position to ensure the pipe is straight and avoid bends that may affect drainage.
  4. Subsequent Construction: Pour the ground level and apply waterproofing (height of about 20mm). After the waterproof layer dries, lay tiles normally (height of about 30mm). Finally, install the toilet, ensuring a tight connection between the toilet and the relocator.

III. Optimization of the Squat Toilet's Flush Water Pipeline

  1. Pipe Fitting Specification Selection: The thickness of ordinary water tank flush water pipe fittings is mostly 50# specification. You can choose appropriate pipe fittings for modification according to actual needs.
  2. Pipeline Modification: Use elbows of 50# PVC pipes to optimize the pipeline, ensuring smooth pipe connections and avoiding increased water flow resistance caused by right-angle bends.
  3. Water Leakage Prevention Treatment: Apply glass glue evenly at the joint between the polyethylene material of the water tank and the PVC material to ensure a good seal at the connection and prevent water leakage due to material differences.
