Mobile Toilet Water Curtain Installation
The installation of a water curtain in a mobile toilet can refer to the installation points of cable-drawn water curtains, simple water-blocking curtains, and invisible folding shower curtains, and be carried out in combination with the spatial characteristics of the mobile toilet. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
Determine the specifications of the water curtain based on the actual dimensions of the mobile toilet. Prioritize waterproof and corrosion-resistant materials (such as PVC or stainless steel) to ensure compatibility with the toilet environment. Simultaneously, check that all components of the water curtain are complete, including the spray pipe, fixing screws, outlet fittings, light strips (if required), etc., to avoid interruptions during installation due to missing parts.
II. Core Installation Steps
Positioning and Fixing
- Referencing the installation logic of cable-drawn water curtains, first determine the horizontal position: use a level to mark the installation points on the inner wall of the mobile toilet, ensuring that the verticality of the water curtain after installation meets the requirements and preventing water splashing due to tilted water flow.
- If a telescopic rod structure (similar to a simple water-blocking curtain) is used, measure equal heights on both side walls, install the telescopic rod, and adjust its length to fit snugly against the walls, providing support for hanging the waterproof curtain later.
Component Assembly
- Take out the spray pipe and connect it to the main body of the water curtain, ensuring the tightness of the interface (waterproof glue can be applied or a sealing ring can be used) to prevent water leakage.
- When installing the fixing screws, tighten them one by one according to the preset hole positions to avoid uneven local stress causing deformation of the water curtain. If it is a cable-drawn water curtain, ensure that the cable is perpendicular to the outlet and that the cable does not touch the edge of the outlet to prevent water flow obstruction.
Water Outlet and Lighting System Debugging
- Insert the bottom of the water curtain into the outlet, check that the water flow path is unobstructed, and adjust the spray angle so that the water curtain evenly covers the target area.
- If a light strip needs to be installed, embed the light strip into the frame of the water curtain during the assembly stage and connect it to the power supply to test the lighting effect, ensuring uniform light distribution and no risk of short circuits.
III. Detail Optimization and Acceptance
Horizontal Calibration
- Referencing the method of “first installing front and rear cables for horizontal positioning” of cable-drawn water curtains, after installation, use a level again to check the overall verticality of the water curtain to avoid shaking or water leakage during use due to installation errors.
Waterproofing Treatment
- The environment of mobile toilets is humid. Apply waterproof glass glue at the connections between the water curtain and the walls and floor to prevent moisture from seeping into structural gaps, causing corrosion or mold.
Functional Testing
- Turn on the water source to test the water outlet effect of the water curtain, observing whether the water flow is continuous and uniform, without interruption or splashing.
- Check whether the lighting of the light strip is normal, ensuring no flickering or local dimming issues.
Tip: The space in mobile toilets is limited. During installation, reserve maintenance channels to facilitate later cleaning or component replacement. If there are doubts about the structural stability, additional auxiliary brackets can be added to fix the water curtain and enhance safety.
