Mobile Toilet Water and Electricity Installation Process
Admin October 12, 2026
The installation process of water and electricity for mobile toilets mainly consists of two stages: preparation work before installation and main body installation and pipeline connection.

Preparation Work Before Installation
- Site Survey and Location Selection: Conduct a detailed survey. Prioritize areas with flat terrain, firm and stable soil, and avoid low-lying areas prone to waterlogging. At the same time, evaluate the on-site power access conditions and determine the location based on the pedestrian flow patterns and estimated usage frequency of the usage site. For example, in tourist attractions and other areas with high pedestrian traffic, reasonable layout should be carried out according to the tourist activity routes.
- Foundation Treatment and Ground Leveling: Carry out foundation construction according to the size and weight of the mobile toilet. Common foundation forms include concrete foundations, prefabricated cement slabs, or reinforced crushed stone floors. The ground must be level to ensure full contact between the toilet cabinet and the ground when placed, with no overhanging phenomena, preventing the cabinet from tilting or being damaged due to uneven ground.
- Equipment Inspection and Component Verification: Before installation, carefully check all components against the equipment list to ensure they are complete and in good condition. Focus on inspecting core components such as the water circulation treatment unit, water storage tank, toilet, pipelines, wires, and control panel. At the same time, confirm the completeness and accuracy of the installation drawings and familiarize yourself with the connection relationships between various components to avoid errors during the installation process.
Main Body Installation and Pipeline Connection
- Cabinet Positioning and Fixing: Use lifting or handling equipment to smoothly hoist the toilet cabinet onto the foundation. The positioning process should be slow and steady to avoid collisions. Use a spirit level to measure whether the cabinet is level and make timely adjustments if there is any tilt. After confirming the levelness, use anchor bolts, wind-resistant fixing straps, or other anchoring methods to reliably connect the cabinet to the foundation to ensure the stability of the cabinet.
- Water Circulation System Unit Installation: Install the water circulation treatment unit at the designated location according to technical requirements, usually in the equipment room reserved inside the cabinet or on a specific base below the cabinet. Ensure that the unit is placed steadily, with sufficient operating and maintenance space around it. The installation environment should be well-ventilated and avoid extreme conditions such as excessive humidity or high temperature to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
- Pipeline System Connection: Reliably connect the external water supply pipe to the toilet's water inlet valve and water storage tank, and install a filter at the water inlet end to prevent impurities from entering the system. After connection, check the tightness of all interfaces to ensure there are no leaks. At the same time, correctly connect the pipelines between the toilet, collection tank, water circulation treatment unit, and the purified clean water tank according to the flow chart to ensure the normal operation of the water circulation system.
