Mobile Toilet Water and Electricity Installation Drawing

Admin September 28, 2026

Currently, there are no directly available installation drawings for the water and electricity systems of mobile toilets, but they can be drawn by yourself based on the installation methods and on-site dimensions or designed by consulting professionals. Here are the relevant installation methods and steps:

Toilet Relocation Water and Electricity Installation

  1. Relocator Installation Suitable for short-distance relocations of 100-350mm. Purchase a finished relocator (the horizontal pipe is an elliptical flat pipe with a height of about 60mm), chisel out 20-40mm of the floor slab, and then embed the relocator. Connect the original toilet pipe to the new position. After completing floor leveling, waterproofing (height of about 20mm), and tile laying (height of about 30mm), install the toilet. If the distance exceeds 300mm, a slope of more than 3% should be set; otherwise, it is prone to blockage.
  2. Same-Floor Drainage Renovation
    • Floor Slab Lowering: Suitable for housing types where the bathroom floor has already been recessed by 250-350mm, allowing for free arrangement of the toilet position.
    • Floor Slab Raising: Use lightweight building blocks to construct a 180-200mm platform, embed the toilet sewage pipe (with a diameter of about 110mm), and then lay floor tiles.
  3. Inter-Floor Drainage Renovation
    • Drainage Modification on the Floor Below: Negotiate with the neighbor to pass the drainage pipe through the floor slab to the ceiling below and ensure proper waterproofing and a trap are installed.
    • Wall-Hung Toilet Conversion: Fix the water tank with a steel structure and install the toilet on the wall, allowing for a large relocation distance and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Squat Toilet Flush Pipe Optimization

  1. Use 50#PVC pipe elbows to modify the water tank pipe and add glass glue to prevent water leakage.
  2. Optimize the length of the hose and the position of the angle valve to prevent urine from splashing on the angle valve and causing rust.

Urinal Installation Points

  1. Determine the positions of the water inlet and outlet based on the size of the urinal, reserving enough height for the sensor, connecting pipe, and drain pipe.
  2. If the sensor is powered by 220V, a power outlet should be embedded.

Suggestions for Obtaining Drawings

  1. Self-Drawing: Based on the above installation methods and the actual dimensions of the mobile toilet (such as length, width, height, and equipment spacing), use CAD or hand-drawing to create a water and electricity layout diagram, marking key parameters such as pipe direction, slope, and power supply positions.
  2. Professional Design: Contact a plumber or design company, provide on-site photos, dimensional data, and functional requirements (such as toilet type and number of water points), and customize the design drawings and confirm the construction feasibility.
