What Materials Are Used for Mobile Toilet Walls

Admin October 05, 2026

The main wall materials for mobile toilets include sandwich panels and metal carved panels.

Sandwich Panels

Sandwich panels are the most mainstream material for mobile toilet walls, also known as 'color-coated steel sandwich panels' or 'composite panels'. They consist of three parts: two layers of color-coated steel or aluminum plates with different core materials sandwiched in between. Common core materials include polystyrene, rock wool, or polyurethane foam.

  • Color-Coated Steel or Aluminum Plates: These two metal layers provide a sturdy outer shell for the sandwich panels, offering good strength and durability. They can withstand a certain amount of external impact, protecting the internal structure. Additionally, the surface of the color-coated steel plates undergoes special treatment, providing corrosion and rust resistance, enabling them to adapt to different environmental conditions and extend the service life of mobile toilets.
  • Polystyrene, Rock Wool, or Polyurethane Foam Core Materials: These core materials endow the sandwich panels with excellent thermal insulation properties. In cold environments, they can effectively prevent the loss of indoor heat, keeping the interior of the toilet warm; in hot conditions, they can block the entry of external heat, maintaining a relatively cool interior. Moreover, sandwich panels are lightweight, making the overall weight of mobile toilets relatively light, facilitating transportation and installation, and reducing construction costs and difficulties.

Metal Carved Panels

Metal carved panels are also a possible material for mobile toilet walls. They feature a unique appearance, with the surface carved to display various exquisite patterns and textures, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of mobile toilets and enabling them to better blend into the surrounding environment. At the same time, metal carved panels also possess a certain degree of strength and durability, meeting the usage requirements of mobile toilets. Furthermore, they have good fire resistance, making them a safer choice for use in places with high fire safety requirements.
