A mobile toilet vehicle is a special type of vehicle that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services for the public and customers. Here is a detailed introduction:

Definition and Purpose

A mobile toilet vehicle is a special form of mobile toilet. It breaks through the limitations of traditional fixed toilets and has mobility. It can be quickly deployed and provide toilet services according to the needs of different scenarios, such as large-scale event sites, construction sites, tourist attractions, and emergency rescue sites, effectively solving the problem of difficult toilet access when there are large numbers of people at these places.

Common Types and Characteristics

  • Sinotruk Howo Logistics Support Mobile Toilet Vehicle
    • Chassis and Space: It uses a Sinotruk Howo 4*2 National VI chassis, which has good stability and load-bearing capacity. The carriage space is reasonably designed and can meet the toilet needs of 8 people simultaneously. It also has separate areas for men and women, with 3 urinals to facilitate use by different groups of people.
    • Facility Equipment: The top of the carriage is paved with anti-skid patterned aluminum plates, and a ladder is installed for easy access to the top for equipment maintenance. The generator is a silent one to reduce noise interference. One 1.5P air conditioner is installed in each of the men's and women's areas to ensure a suitable internal temperature. Electric exhaust fans are installed on the top of the toilet areas, and each cubicle also has an exhaust fan to ensure air circulation. The toilets are separated by honeycomb aluminum partitions, and each cubicle is equipped with an independent light and a coat hook.
    • Sanitary Fixtures: There are a total of 6 squat toilets, which are vacuum suction type and made of 316 stainless steel, durable and hygienic; and 2 sit-down toilets. The vacuum pump equipped on this vehicle has a power greater than 2KW. There are 2 sets of sinks, each with an independent faucet. The sink areas are equipped with half-length mirrors, hand sanitizers, and tissue boxes as auxiliary facilities.
    • Water Tanks and Sewage Disposal: There are three water tanks in total, with a gray water tank of 500L. There is a general control cabinet inside the carriage, which includes a voltmeter, an ammeter, insulation, sensors, indicator lights, sockets, and a dedicated sewage pump with a motor power greater than 1.5KW for easy sewage disposal. Warning lights are installed on the roof and at the rear of the vehicle for warning purposes.
  • Brand-new Mobile Public Toilet Vehicle: The men's toilet has three squat positions, and considering the needs of special groups of people, the toilet is also equipped with two disabled squat positions (one each in the women's and men's toilets), reflecting a humanized design concept.
