Principle and Design of Mobile Toilet Vehicle
Admin October 11, 2026
The principle of the mobile toilet vehicle is based on integrating an independent functional system on a specialized vehicle chassis, with a design that emphasizes modularity, environmental adaptability, and user-friendliness, enabling flexible deployment and efficient operation through power modules and sewage treatment technology.

Technical Principles and Core Structure
The mobile toilet vehicle uses a specialized vehicle chassis as its carrier, integrating water supply, sewage discharge, and environmental control systems. Its core structure includes:
- Sealed Compartment: Made of high-strength lightweight materials, the interior is divided into independent toilet stalls, a management room, and an equipment compartment, ensuring structural strength and space utilization.
- Sewage Treatment System: Excrement is treated through vacuum suction or biodegradation devices. Vacuum technology uses negative pressure to quickly collect sewage, reducing odor diffusion; biodegradation relies on microorganisms to decompose organic matter, with some models equipped with membrane filtration systems for reclaimed water reuse, capable of treating up to 5 cubic meters per day.
- Power Module: It relies on an onboard generator or chassis power to drive water supply pumps, ventilation equipment, etc., ensuring off-grid operation. Some models integrate solar panels to further reduce energy consumption and enhance endurance.
Design Details and Functional Optimization
- Modular Design: The number of toilet stalls can be flexibly increased or decreased, with standard models configured with 4-8 independent toilet stalls to meet different scenario needs.
- Extreme Environment Adaptability: The sealed structure can withstand temperature differences from -20℃ to 50℃, with the ventilation system completing an air exchange every 2 minutes to effectively control odors. The combination of onboard air conditioning and exhaust fans keeps the interior temperature fluctuation within ±3℃, enhancing user comfort.
- User-Friendly Design: Toilet stalls are equipped with handrails, emergency call buttons, and barrier-free facilities; the management room integrates tool cabinets and disinfection equipment for quick maintenance. The water tank to sewage tank volume ratio is optimized to 1:1.5, allowing a single water refill to support 800 uses, reducing resupply frequency. The red exterior and reflective markings enhance nighttime operational safety.
Flexible Deployment and Operational Procedures
- Transportation and Passability: The 2-axle design and lightweight total mass (18000kg) allow it to be transported on ordinary roads; the 6-tire configuration enhances passability on complex terrains.
- Deployment and Recovery: The vehicle body is leveled using hydraulic outriggers, connected to an external water source or the onboard water tank is activated; during use, an intelligent monitoring system displays real-time parameters such as water level and battery level; during recovery, the sewage outlet is connected to a sewage suction truck or the biodegradation process is initiated to ensure environmental compliance.
