Introduction to Mobile Toilet Vehicles
Admin September 24, 2026
Mobile toilet vehicles are mobile public sanitation facilities that use vehicles as carriers, integrating sanitation units, water and electricity systems, and auxiliary facilities, and can be rapidly deployed in temporary or fixed demand locations.

Structural Composition
- Load-Bearing Body and Structure: Modified based on dedicated chassis such as Sinotruk Howo and Dongfeng Tianjin, the vehicle body frame is welded from steel, and the walls are made of corrosion-resistant and easy-to-clean materials such as fiberglass, metal carved panels, or high-quality carbon steel plates. For example, the Sinotruk Howo model adopts a skeleton + polyurethane filling structure, with walls made of high-quality carbon steel plates, meeting national standards for rust prevention and fatigue resistance.
- Core Sanitation Unit: Equipped with independent restrooms inside, distinguishing between male and female facilities and equipped with barrier-free facilities and electric wheelchair lifts. Most sanitary ware is made of stainless steel, such as vacuum suction-type squat toilets (316 stainless steel material), sit toilets, washbasins, etc., and is complemented by half-length mirrors, hand sanitizer, tissue boxes, and other auxiliary facilities.
- Self-Contained Water and Electricity System: Equipped with stainless steel clean water and sewage tanks, supporting water filling, direct discharge, and suction discharge functions; the power system can be connected to the mains electricity and is equipped with a cable reel. For example, the Sinotruk Howo model is equipped with three water tanks (a gray water tank of 500L), and the overall control cabinet integrates devices such as voltmeters, ammeters, and sewage pumps.
- Humanized Auxiliary and Safety Facilities: Includes lighting, ventilation fans, heating and cooling air conditioners, cosmetic mirrors, handrails, etc., and integrates safety configurations such as warning systems and leakage protectors. For example, 1.5P air conditioners are installed in both the male and female areas, and ventilation fans and independent lighting lamps are installed on the top and in the compartments of the restroom areas.
Application Scenarios
Suitable for large-scale events (such as music festivals, sports events), tourist attractions, construction sites, and emergency rescue scenarios, it can quickly meet the toilet needs of a large number of people, especially providing necessary sanitation services in emergency situations such as natural disasters.
Production Process and Materials
- Production Process: The dedicated chassis undergoes rust prevention and corrosion protection treatment and passes strict tests such as driving, load-bearing, and rain exposure, with a designed service life of over 10 years.
- Material Selection: For long-term outdoor use, fiberglass or metal carved panels are often used; for scenic spots and other scenarios with aesthetic requirements, antique wood or customized appearances can be selected. Modular design facilitates rapid assembly, disassembly, and functional expansion.
Comparison with Fixed Restrooms
- Advantages of Mobile Toilet Vehicles: High flexibility, no need for foundation and pipeline construction, deployment can be completed within 20-30 minutes, and the location can be adjusted according to the flow of people, suitable for temporary events, construction sites, and areas with weak infrastructure.
- Advantages of Fixed Restrooms: Lower long-term usage costs, larger and more stable service capacity, suitable for locations with a fixed flow of people.
