Introduction to Mobile Toilet Vehicle

Admin September 21, 2026

A mobile toilet vehicle is a movable sanitation facility that can meet the temporary toilet needs of various venues.

I. Chassis and Power Taking the Sinotruk Howo mobile toilet vehicle as an example, it is refitted using a Sinotruk Howo 4×2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kW, which is superior to the 220kW required in the bidding documents, providing strong power. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires and a double-door integrated cab, ensuring driving stability and operational convenience.

II. Interior Facilities The vehicle is designed with independent restrooms, separated for men and women, with a total of 8 toilet positions, including 3 urinals, 6 vacuum-suction squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), and 2 sit toilets, meeting the needs of multiple people using them simultaneously. Each compartment is equipped with an independent light, coat hook, and ventilation window, and the floor is made of aluminum checkered plate + special anti-slip waterproof mat, balancing practicality and safety. The washing area is equipped with 2 sinks, with independent faucets, half-length mirrors, hand soap, tissue boxes, and other auxiliary facilities to enhance the user experience.

III. System Configuration The vehicle is equipped with an alarm system (warning lights on the roof and rear), an electrical system (heating and cooling air conditioning, 220V power supply, industrial connectors, a 30-meter cable reel), a toilet system (vacuum pump power > 2kW), and an equipment system (overall control cabinet with voltmeter, ammeter, sensors, etc.). The sewage system uses a sewage pump with a motor power > 1.5kW for efficient cleaning. All systems are integrated and designed to adapt to venues without water or electricity, ensuring functional integrity.

IV. Structure and Materials The upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with rust-proof and fatigue-resistant properties that meet national standards; the walls are a skeleton + polyurethane-filled structure, and the doors are made of anodized aluminum profiles, with reinforcement parts embedded in load-bearing areas and silicone filling in gaps to ensure airtightness. The vehicle is equipped with a ladder for easy maintenance of top equipment. The overall load-bearing structure is a frame-type steel structure, with a steel skeleton wall thickness ≥ 1.2mm, which has been corrosion-resistant treated, ensuring reliability during lifting or shoveling.

V. Application Scenarios Due to its mobility, mobile toilet vehicles are widely used in public places, tourist attractions, beaches, residential areas, gathering venues, highways, parking lots, underground projects, schools, sports fields, construction sites, etc. They can flexibly adapt to changes in venues and reduce the resource waste caused by the relocation of fixed facilities.
