Internal Structure of Mobile Toilet Vehicle

Admin September 27, 2026

The internal structure of a mobile toilet vehicle mainly includes sealed compartments, toilet facilities, environmental control equipment, water supply and sewage systems, as well as other facilities.

Sealed Compartments: Constructed with high-strength lightweight materials, the interior is divided into independent toilet compartments, a management room, and an equipment cabin. Taking the Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle as an example, its compartment can simultaneously meet the sanitary needs of 8 people, with separate areas for men and women, and includes 3 urinals. The compartment roof is paved with non-slip patterned aluminum plates, and the door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles. Pre-embedded parts are installed at all openings and load-bearing areas to ensure the compartment's load-bearing capacity. All gaps are coated with silicone, filled evenly and fully, effectively preventing leakage.

Toilet Facilities: These include squat toilets and sit toilets, partitions and ventilation, as well as sinks. The Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle is equipped with 6 vacuum suction squat toilets and 2 sit toilets, all made of 316 stainless steel. The partitions between toilets are designed with honeycomb aluminum, and each compartment is equipped with an exhaust fan and independent lighting, as well as facilities such as coat hooks. Additionally, the vehicle has 2 sets of sinks with 2 independent faucets, and is equipped with half-length mirrors, hand soap, tissue boxes, and other auxiliary facilities.

Environmental Control Equipment: This mainly includes air conditioners and exhaust fans. The Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle has a 1.5P air conditioner installed in both the men's and women's areas to ensure a comfortable temperature inside the toilets. At the same time, electric exhaust fans are installed on the roof of the sanitary area, and the ventilation system of some mobile toilet vehicles completes an air exchange every 2 minutes, effectively controlling odors.

Water Supply and Sewage System: This includes water tanks and a sewage treatment system. The Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle is equipped with three water tanks in total, with a gray water tank capacity of 500L, and is equipped with a sewage pump for easy drainage. Some mobile toilet vehicles optimize the volume ratio of the water tank to the sewage tank, allowing a single water fill to support up to 800 uses. The sewage treatment system is equipped with vacuum adsorption or biodegradation devices for on-site treatment or classified storage of sewage.

Other Facilities: Such as roof ladders, intelligent monitoring systems, and user-friendly facilities. The Howo logistical support mobile toilet vehicle is equipped with a roof ladder for easy access to the top for equipment maintenance. Some mobile toilet vehicles also use intelligent monitoring systems to display parameters such as water level and battery level in real-time. The toilet compartments are equipped with handrails, emergency call buttons, and barrier-free facilities, while the management room integrates tool cabinets and disinfection equipment for quick maintenance.
