Mobile Toilet Vehicle for Cars

Admin September 21, 2026

A mobile toilet vehicle is a movable smart public toilet facility, typically set up at locations with fixed or temporary needs to provide toilet services for the public and customers.

I. Basic Components The mobile toilet vehicle consists of multiple core modules:

  1. Fecal Treatment System: This includes fecal sewage storage tanks or disposal units. Some vehicle models are equipped with biodegradation, chemical treatment, or vacuum suction technologies to enable on-site sewage treatment or centralized collection.
  2. Structural Main Body: Lightweight materials are used to construct the walls, roof, and flooring, ensuring airtightness and durability. Internally, it is equipped with sanitary fixtures (such as toilets and urinals), washing facilities (sinks and mirrors), and water tanks to meet basic usage needs.
  3. Mobility Devices: Depending on the vehicle model, there are two types:
    • Lifting/Handling Type: Relies on forklifts or cranes for position adjustments, suitable for short-term, low-frequency mobility scenarios.
    • Powered/Trailer Type: Comes with its own engine or can be connected to a towing vehicle, supporting autonomous driving or long-distance towing, offering greater flexibility.

II. Core Advantages

  1. Mobility: Breaks free from the fixed layout constraints of traditional public toilets, enabling rapid deployment to temporary demand areas such as disaster sites, large events, and construction sites, with no residual pollution upon withdrawal.
  2. Modular Design: Supports single or multiple-unit combinations, adapting to different scenario needs by adding or removing functional modules (such as baby care rooms and barrier-free facilities).
  3. Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency: Some vehicle models utilize solar power, water-saving fixtures, and recirculating water systems to reduce energy consumption and water usage.
  4. Reusability: The main structure has a lifespan of over 10 years and can be relocated multiple times with simple maintenance, offering significant cost-effectiveness.

III. Brands and Models Mainstream brands in the market include Dongfeng, Chengli, Jiangte, Sinotruk, and Jinlong. The vehicle models are primarily van-based, with maximum speeds generally ranging from 100-101 km/h, balancing transportation efficiency and stability. Prices vary significantly based on configuration, with basic models costing around 58,000 yuan and high-end integrated models reaching up to 158,000 yuan. Users can choose based on their budget and functional requirements.

IV. Application Scenarios Suitable for tourism attractions, transportation hubs, municipal sanitation, emergency rescue, and other fields, especially in areas with complex terrain or no access to water and electricity, effectively solving temporary toilet needs.
