Mobile Toilet Vehicle Design

Admin September 24, 2026

The design of mobile toilet vehicles focuses on modularity, functional integration, and user-friendliness, achieving rapid deployment, flexible mobility, and efficient use through structural optimization, technological upgrades, and attention to detail.

I. Structural Composition and Functional Integration
The main body of a mobile toilet vehicle consists of a vehicle chassis and a functional cabin. The chassis is selected from heavy-duty truck chassis (e.g., with a total weight of 34 tons and a wheelbase of 3850mm) to ensure transportation stability. The functional cabin integrates independent toilet stalls, sinks, a water tank (with a capacity of 7 cubic meters, supporting 1100 uses), and a power supply system (with a total power consumption of 30kW, capable of independent operation). The toilet stall walls are made of pressed fire-resistant boards, offering both flame retardancy and moisture resistance. The sinks are equipped with LED illuminated mirrors, providing both lighting and energy efficiency. Some models adopt vacuum suction technology, using only 0.5L of water per use, effectively eliminating odors and being environmentally friendly and efficient.

II. Modular Layout and User-Friendly Details
The functional cabin adopts a modular design, with independent toilet stalls and sinks arranged in separate zones to avoid usage conflicts and improve service efficiency during peak periods. Some models are equipped with separate zones for men and women, as well as a third restroom (for the disabled), and are furnished with independent lighting, coat hooks, ventilation windows, and other facilities. Taking the Yilutong 11-meter model as an example, the women's restroom is equipped with 3 squat toilets, 1 sitting toilet, 1 sink, and 1 mop sink; the men's restroom has 2 urinals, 3 squat toilets, 1 sitting toilet, and 1 sink; an independent equipment room and storage room are used for storing cleaning tools and supplies, ensuring a scientific and reasonable functional layout.

III. Technological Optimization and User Experience
The cabin's sealed design and the application of sound-absorbing materials effectively reduce noise leakage; the streamlined appearance reduces wind resistance and lowers transportation energy consumption. The independent power supply and water supply systems enable operation without external resources, making them suitable for large-scale events, emergency rescue, construction sites, and other scenarios, avoiding redundant construction.

IV. Safety and Maintenance Specifications
During transportation, the cabin must be secured to prevent loosening of components due to bumps. Regularly check the water tank level and power supply lines, and use neutral cleaning agents for cleaning to avoid corroding the surface of the fire-resistant boards. The brand typically provides maintenance support to ensure long-term stable operation.
