Mobile Toilet Vehicle Configuration Requirements
Admin October 09, 2026
The configuration requirements for mobile toilet vehicles vary depending on the vehicle model and usage scenario. The configurations of common vehicle models are as follows:

I. Emergency Support Mobile Toilet Vehicle
- Chassis and Power: It adopts a three-axle design (wheelbase of 5600mm), equipped with an 8.8L displacement, 260kW power engine that meets the National VI emission standard, with a fuel consumption of 33.1L per 100 kilometers.
- Compartment Structure: Made of high-strength materials, it has multiple independent toilets inside. The overall vehicle dimensions are 9900-10100×2550×3990mm, and it can accommodate 5-7 people using it simultaneously.
- Sanitation System: It uses vacuum sewage suction and circulating water filtration technology to separate sewage from clean water. A single fill of clean water can meet the needs of dozens of people, and the capacity of the sewage tank matches that of the clean water tank.
- Auxiliary Configuration: It is equipped with 10 tires. The interior of the compartment uses non-slip floors, ventilation systems, and lighting equipment. There are reserved power outlets for connecting external generators or municipal power supplies.
II. Sinotruk Howo Logistics Support Mobile Toilet Vehicle
- Chassis Configuration: It has a Sinotruk Howo 4×2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257kW, radial steel-cord tires, and a double-door integrated cab.
- Upper Structure: Made of high-quality carbon steel plates, its anti-rust and fatigue-resistant properties meet national standards. The compartment can meet the sanitation needs of 8 people, with separate areas for men and women. It is equipped with 3 urinals, 6 vacuum suction squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), and 2 sit-down toilets.
- Functional Configuration:
- The top is made of non-slip patterned aluminum plates, and the door structure is made of anodized aluminum profiles with silicone-filled gaps.
- It is equipped with a silent generator (powered by the chassis fuel tank), 1.5P air conditioners in both the men's and women's areas, electric exhaust fans, and independent lighting.
- It has 2 sets of sinks (equipped with independent faucets, half-length mirrors, hand sanitizers, and tissue boxes), a 500L gray water tank, and an overall control cabinet (including voltmeters, ammeters, sewage pumps, etc.).
- There are warning lights on the roof and tail, and it is equipped with a 10-meter-deep sewage discharge pipe.
III. Single Mobile Toilet (Common Rental Type)
- Main Structure: Made of high-strength fiberglass or stainless steel, it is rectangular or cylindrical, with dimensions of approximately 1.5 meters × 1.2 meters × 2.2 meters. It is equipped with universal wheels at the bottom (some with brakes).
- Internal Facilities:
- Basic Configuration: Non-slip floors, manual/foot-operated flushing systems, squat toilets/sit-down toilets, toilet paper holders, hooks, lighting, and exhaust fans.
- High-end Configuration: Sinks (with hot and cold water), mirrors, and shelves.
- Sanitation Design: It has a U-shaped water seal anti-odor device. The sewage outlet is connected to the municipal sewer or a sewage collection tank, and some models come with chemical deodorizers. The water tank and squat toilet are detachable for cleaning.
- Optional Configuration: Curtains/door latches, sunshades/rain-proof roofs, handrails for the disabled, insulation/heating devices, and customized appearances (such as painted logos).
