Configuration List of Mobile Toilet Vehicles
The configuration lists for different types of mobile toilet vehicles are as follows:
Sinotruk Howo Toilet Vehicle: The upper structure is richly configured. The compartment body adopts a box-type large panel bonding structure, with the surface bonded with aluminum alloy panels. The interlayer is filled with in-situ foaming, and the insulation layer is uniform and full, possessing anti-aging, anti-corrosion, and fire-resistant properties, with overall waterproof treatment. The interior system is equipped with independent compartments, complete with auxiliary facilities such as lighting fixtures, coat hooks, ventilation windows, and storage nets. The floor is made of aluminum checkered plates with anti-slip and waterproof pads for the toilet. The vehicle is painted with standard water-based environmentally friendly paint, and the appearance can be customized. The power distribution system includes air conditioning, heating, 220V power supply, industrial connectors, automatic short-circuit and leakage protection, 30-meter cables and equipment sockets, self-contained battery packs, inverter power supplies, etc., with the option to install a generator. The toilet system uses a packaged toilet for ships and vehicles, suitable for places without water or electricity, with the option to install a vacuum toilet system. The water system is made of stainless steel, and each compartment is equipped with a combined washbasin cabinet, including a makeup mirror, hand dryer, trash can, etc.
Sinotruk Sitrak Field Mobile Toilet Vehicle: The main equipment includes a box body, water tank, washing facilities, toilet bowls, and pumping devices, used for mobile toilet services. Among other configurations, the side protection adopts a skirt structure, and the rear lower protection is made of Q235 material, welded and connected. The cross-sectional dimensions of the rear protection are 105×120mm, with a ground clearance of 430mm. The ABS system controller is from ZF Commercial Vehicle Systems (Qingdao) Co., Ltd./4460046300, with the option to install an EBS system controller (same model/EBS3) and a speed limiter (speed limit of 89km/h).
Dongfeng Mobile Toilet Vehicle: The interior is configured with a ladies' restroom at the front door and a men's restroom and urinal at the rear door, using lightweight, waterproof, shock-resistant, and easy-to-clean precision boards, with stainless steel connectors. Both the ladies' and men's restrooms are equipped with washbasins and installed with stainless steel clean water tanks and sewage tanks. Auxiliary configurations include stainless steel handrails, coat hooks, grooming mirrors, energy-saving lighting fixtures, stainless steel toilet paper holders, and pipeline boosting systems. The clean water tank has a quick water inlet at the top, and the sewage tank has both direct and suction drainage functions. The vehicle is equipped with on-board air conditioning and high-pressure air sources inside the vehicle, which use high-pressure air to pressurize the water instead of a water pump. A pressure regulating valve is used to control the pressure and adjust the water output. The faucet in the restroom stops automatically every 5 seconds to achieve water-saving purposes. The material structure is a sandwich panel structure, with cold-rolled steel plates on the outside and UV boards on the inside. The steel frame inside the wall is equipped with insulation material, suitable for climate conditions across the country. It is equipped with built-in sewage and water pipelines, as well as lighting and power supply equipment, suitable for environments with access to water and electricity.
Vehicle-mounted Mobile Toilet: The basic parameters include a load capacity of 5t, a bearing surface size of 7.02.3m, and a ground clearance of approximately 0.6m. It adopts a 10# national standard manganese alloy channel steel structure, with a 4mm anti-slip checkered plate laid on the bearing surface, equipped with a collision brake. Two rotatable support legs are welded on each side, with four 600-9 solid tires and a 5t 180-degree buffer towing frame, with a driving speed of 15km/h. The paint consists of two coats of primer and two coats of topcoat, in matte black color, with yellow warning stripes sprayed on both sides and a three-color tail light at the rear. Other configurations include a 304 stainless steel handrail with a diameter of 40mm and a thickness of 1.5mm, and a q235 manganese alloy steel ladder, with the ladder surface laid with anti-slip checkered plates. The rear and front ends of the toilet are equipped with 300mm high and 4mm thick iron plates, with a U-shaped support frame for fixing the feces collection box, equipped with a stainless steel feces collector. The large feces collector has dimensions of 4300mm930mm*350mm, made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1.5mm.
