Mobile Toilet Vehicle
Admin September 20, 2026
A mobile toilet vehicle is a movable facility designed to meet toilet needs in specific situations. It features mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation, making it suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, large construction sites, and other places.

Typical Vehicle Models and Configurations
Sinotruk Howo Logistics Support Mobile Toilet Vehicle
- Chassis and Power: It adopts the Sinotruk Howo 4×2 National VI chassis with an engine power of 257kW, which is superior to the 220kW required in the bidding documents, providing strong power performance.
- Structure and Materials: The upper body is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, with anti-rust and anti-fatigue properties meeting national standards. The walls adopt a frame + polyurethane filling structure, ensuring a stable overall frame. The top of the vehicle is covered with non-slip patterned aluminum plates to enhance safety.
- Functional Zones: The vehicle can accommodate the simultaneous use of 8 people. It has a gender-separated design, equipped with 3 urinals, 6 vacuum-suction squat toilets (made of 316 stainless steel), 2 sit-down toilets, 2 sets of sinks with independent faucets, ensuring both hygiene and convenience.
- Environmental Control: It is equipped with a silent generator. Each gender zone has a 1.5P air conditioner installed, and there is an electric exhaust fan on the top to ensure proper air circulation and a comfortable temperature inside.
- Water Tanks and Safety: There are 3 water tanks (including a 500L gray water tank). The vehicle is equipped with a main control cabinet inside, and warning lights are installed on the roof and rear to ensure safety and convenient management during use.

- Spatial Layout: The vehicle body is divided into two parts, with the front part being the women's toilet and the rear part housing a dressing table and sinks, providing clear functional zones and enhancing the user experience.
Core Advantages and Application Scenarios
- Mobility: The vehicle chassis design supports rapid deployment and transfer, adapting to temporary or mobile needs, such as large-scale events and disaster relief scenarios.
- Modular Combination: Some vehicle models support multi-vehicle splicing or functional expansion, allowing flexible adjustment of the number of toilet stalls and configurations according to actual needs.
- Environmental Adaptability: The vacuum-suction squat toilets, independent water tanks, and generator design enable normal operation even without municipal water and power supply, making them suitable for remote construction sites or outdoor locations.
The mobile toilet vehicle effectively solves the problems of limited coverage and long construction periods of traditional fixed toilets through integrated design and efficient resource allocation, becoming an important facility for modern urban public services and emergency support.
