Mobile Toilet Usage in Winter
Mobile toilets can be used normally in winter, but effective anti-freezing measures need to be taken. The specific measures are as follows:

Basic Insulation
Mobile toilets adopt a double-wall structure, such as a composite design with an outer color-coated steel plate and an inner fireproof board, filled with polyurethane foam or rock wool insulation layers in between. The thermal conductivity is low, and the insulation performance is three times better than that of traditional materials. The doors and windows are sealed with EPDM rubber strips, and the ventilation openings are upgraded with temperature-controlled louver devices to reduce heat loss. The drainage system is also specially treated, with expanded perlite filled around the trap of the squat toilet and the drainage pipes wrapped with insulation layers. In addition, the outer walls of the mobile toilet adopt double-layer insulation materials, and the roof has a specially foamed polyurethane spray insulation layer with a high insulation coefficient to avoid cold bridges. Each toilet is also equipped with a centralized exhaust system to prevent the backflow of cold air in winter and facilitate the accumulation of indoor heat.
Pipe Anti-freezing
Self-limiting heating cables are wound around the pipes, equipped with intelligent temperature control boxes. When the sensor detects that the temperature is below 5℃, it automatically starts. The aluminum foil heat conduction layer ensures that the pipe surface temperature is above 5℃ in an environment of -15℃. All pipelines are covered with rubber insulation sleeves, and key nodes such as valves are overlaid with double-layer insulation materials. At the same time, the pipes and fittings also use special rubber insulation sleeves and self-limiting heating cables to ensure that the pipes will not freeze under reasonable power consumption.
Active Heating System
Mobile toilets are equipped with multiple heating solutions. For example, PTC ceramic heating sheets are installed on the walls of the toilet area, which can raise the temperature by 15℃ in 5 minutes, with the surface temperature controlled below 60℃. The air conditioning system is paired with a temperature sensor for automatic constant temperature control. In extreme climates, a fuel-fired hot air system can also be activated, which can raise the temperature of a 5㎡ space by 15℃ within 30 minutes. Scenic spots with conditions can also connect to a centralized heating system to achieve continuous and stable heating through radiators.
Daily Maintenance
Close the ventilation openings and external doors and windows of the toilet. If the toilet door is not fully enclosed, straw can be stacked in the toilet, and old quilts can be used for enclosure and insulation. The toilet and its water supply pipe can be tightly wrapped with waste quilt fluff, cotton clothes, and other insulation materials and covered with plastic wrap. To prevent damage to the toilet due to freezing, please drain the remaining water as soon as possible (preferably one day in advance) when not in use.
