Mobile Toilet Usage Agreement
The mobile toilet usage agreement typically includes key sections such as information about both parties, the leased item and its purpose, service content, lease term, fees and payment methods, usage and custody obligations, liability for breach of contract, agreement termination, dispute resolution, and other clauses.

Information about both parties should clearly specify the names, legal representatives, addresses, and contact details of Party A (the lessor/provider) and Party B (the lessee/user) to facilitate communication and contact during the performance of the agreement.
Regarding the leased item and its purpose, detailed descriptions should be provided of the mobile toilet's specifications, quantity, external dimensions, internal facilities (such as toilets, sinks, toilet paper holders, etc.), and materials. Additionally, it should be clearly stated that Party B undertakes to use the mobile toilet for legal and compliant purposes, preventing Party B from using it for inappropriate activities.
Service content covers installation and dismantling, with Party B generally responsible for transportation, installation, commissioning, and removal after the lease term expires. For daily maintenance, Party B should regularly clean, disinfect, and deodorize to ensure a clean environment. In terms of equipment repair, Party B should arrive at the site for repair within a specified time after receiving a fault notification.
The lease term should clearly specify the start and end dates. If Party B needs to extend the usage period, they should notify Party A in writing in advance and sign a supplementary agreement.
Fees and payment methods should clearly state the total rental amount, payment cycle (e.g., monthly/quarterly/annually), and payment method. It may also include clauses on deposits, daily rentals, overtime fees, etc.
Usage and custody obligations require Party B to use the mobile toilet as agreed, not to alter its structure or function without authorization, to properly keep the mobile toilet, and to bear the costs if it is damaged or lost. Party B should also maintain cleanliness and hygiene and perform regular maintenance.
In terms of liability for breach of contract, Party B shall be liable for breach of contract in cases such as failure to pay rent, unauthorized subletting/transfer/pledging, or damage or loss due to negligence.
Regarding agreement termination, the lease shall automatically terminate upon expiration, or either party shall have the right to terminate it in case of a breach by the other party. After termination, Party B shall return the mobile toilet and remove personal belongings.
Dispute resolution shall be conducted through friendly negotiation between the two parties. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed with a court having jurisdiction.
Other clauses include that the agreement shall take effect from the date of signature and seal by both parties, with two copies each. For matters not covered, a supplementary agreement may be signed. It may also include special provisions such as response plans for severe weather and replenishment of consumables.
