Mobile Toilet Urinal
The mobile toilet urinal is an important sanitary fixture in mobile toilets used for collecting excreta. Its design needs to balance hygiene, convenience, and durability.

The materials used for mobile toilet urinals are usually high-strength plastics or stainless steel. Plastic materials are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean, with relatively low costs, making them suitable for large-scale applications. Stainless steel materials are more robust and durable, able to withstand frequent use and a certain degree of impact, and are often used in high-end or high-traffic mobile toilets.
In terms of structure, mobile toilet urinals generally adopt direct-discharge or fecal-storage designs. Direct-discharge urinals directly discharge excreta through pipes into external fecal sewage storage tanks or disposal devices, suitable for scenarios with supporting treatment facilities. Fecal-storage urinals come with a small fecal storage container. When the container is full, it requires manual cleaning. This design is more flexible and suitable for temporary locations without fixed treatment facilities.
To enhance the user experience and hygiene level, mobile toilet urinals are often equipped with odor-control devices. For example, a sealed structure is set between the urinal and the storage tank to prevent odor emission. Some urinals also adopt a water-seal design, using a small amount of water to form a liquid seal to further block odors. Additionally, some mobile toilet urinals are installed with automatic flushing systems, using water from the water tank for flushing to keep the urinal clean and reduce odor generation.
In terms of installation and maintenance, mobile toilet urinals need to ensure tight connections and firm fixation to avoid looseness or leakage during use. Regular cleaning of the urinal and storage tank is crucial for maintenance. For fecal-storage urinals, the storage container needs to be replaced or cleaned in a timely manner. For direct-discharge urinals, the pipes should be checked for smoothness to prevent blockages. At the same time, the effectiveness of odor-control devices and water seals should be regularly checked to ensure their normal operation.
