Principle of Mobile Toilet Tent

Admin September 22, 2026

The principle of the mobile toilet tent is mainly reflected in its technical principles and structural design, achieving rapid deployment, environmental adaptability, and functional integration through modular combinations. Its core principles can be divided into the following aspects:

1. Frame-type structural support system
The main body is constructed from a detachable frame made of high-strength aluminum alloy or galvanized steel pipes, connected at nodes to form a stable triangular support structure. This design enables the tent to withstand wind pressure (capable of resisting winds of 8-10 levels) while achieving lightweight construction (the unit weight is usually below 50kg). Modular nodes allow a single person to complete assembly within 30 minutes using a hex wrench, without requiring professional training. The elastic deformation capability of the frame can absorb some external impacts, preventing local damage from causing overall collapse.

2. Multi-layer composite protective materials
The outer covering material adopts a double-layer composite structure: the outer layer is 600D encrypted Oxford cloth, coated with a PVC waterproof layer (waterproof index ≥ 3000mmH₂O), with an embedded TPU transparent window in the inner layer; the middle layer is an XPE insulation夹层 (insulation layer), maintaining an internal temperature difference within ±5℃; the inner layer uses silver ion antibacterial fabric to inhibit bacterial growth. The bottom features an integrated HDPE waterproof ground sheet, 3mm thick, with edges turned up 15cm to form a drainage channel, preventing sewage infiltration.

3. Waterless flushing waste collection system
The core device is a foot-operated automatic packaging mechanism, consisting of a stainless steel body, mechanical transmission components, and biodegradable film. When the user steps on the foot pedal, a cam mechanism drives the film bag down by 20cm, while a hot-melt device completes sealing and cutting within 0.3 seconds. The waste storage bucket adopts a rotating design, capable of storing approximately 60 uses when its capacity is 18L, with the accompanying degradable film fully decomposing into CO₂ and water within 180 days. Some high-end models integrate a nano-photocatalytic deodorization module, which decomposes odor molecules through TiO₂ catalysis.

4. Environmental control system
The ventilation system uses dual axial fans (air volume of 400m³/h), combined with top louvers to create a negative pressure environment, ensuring the internal air is replaced 12 times per hour. The lighting module uses 12V LED light strips (illuminance ≥ 300lux), automatically adjusting brightness through photosensitive sensors. In winter, graphene heating films (power of 200W) can be added, maintaining room temperature between 15-25℃ through a PID temperature controller. The sewage discharge port adopts a quick-connect design, allowing connection to a sewage suction truck or septic tank, supporting both direct discharge and storage-and-transport modes.

5. Modular expandable design
The basic unit measures 1.2m×1.2m×2.3m and can be combined into multi-toilet clusters through connectors. The septic tank is formed using rotational molding, with adjustable capacities ranging from 200L to 2000L, equipped with liquid level sensors and overflow alarms. Some models integrate a solar power supply system (200W monocrystalline silicon panel + 100Ah lithium battery), supporting continuous operation of the lighting and ventilation systems for 72 hours.
