Mobile Toilet Technology
Mobile toilet technology encompasses multiple aspects such as materials, sewage treatment, water conservation, structure, intelligent control, mobility methods, and application scenarios.

Material Technology: Early mobile toilets were mostly made of wood. With technological advancements, materials like fiberglass-reinforced plastic and polyethylene have gradually been adopted. Modern mobile eco-friendly public restrooms often feature frames welded from national standard steel, with surfaces covered in anti-corrosive and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel sheets or carved panels, offering a lifespan of over 20 years. This ensures both structural stability and enhanced durability.
Sewage Treatment Technology: This includes water-flush and waterless suction-type systems that treat excreta through flushing or suction. Recirculating water-flush models are equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment units, where biological strains are added and biofilm technology is utilized to accelerate decomposition. The treated water can be recycled for flushing. Dry-packing waterless systems use biodegradable plastic bags to collect excreta, which are automatically replaced and collected for centralized treatment after use. Foam-sealing types utilize foam to seal excreta, reducing odors and water consumption.
Water Conservation Technology: Intelligent water-saving eco-friendly toilets automatically collect urine and hand-washing water, adding water-saving agents to achieve a flushing effect of approximately 0.46 liters per person, significantly conserving water resources.
Structural Technology: Mobile toilets generally consist of fecal sewage storage tanks, floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobility devices. Exterior wall materials can be selected based on needs, such as color-coated steel sheets or metal carved panels. The main structure is welded from national standard light steel keels, meeting the requirements for overall hoisting.
Intelligent Control Technology: Mobile eco-friendly public restrooms employ intelligent control systems that are scientific and safe. They are equipped with upper and lower water tanks and use water-saving agents to achieve low-water-volume flushing effects, enhancing convenience and environmental friendliness.
Mobility Methods: Mobile toilets can be classified into hoisting/transporting types and powered/trailer types based on their mobility methods, catering to different mobility needs in various scenarios.
Application Scenarios: Mobile toilets are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential communities, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public areas, and bustling commercial streets, providing convenient and hygienic restroom facilities for people.
