Mobile Toilet Technical Standard
The mobile toilet technical standard typically covers aspects such as construction preparation, material and equipment preparation, technical disclosure, and other technical standards, as detailed below:

Construction Preparation
The construction site must meet the requirements of 'three connections and one leveling,' namely, road access, water supply, power supply, and site leveling. The road should be solid and flat, with a single-lane width of no less than 3.5 meters and a dual-lane width of no less than 6 meters. Water supply should be connected to a source that meets construction water requirements, satisfying needs such as concrete mixing, curing, and toilet flushing. Power supply must ensure a stable electricity source, with distribution boxes equipped with leakage protection devices. Site leveling should reach the design elevation, with a flatness error of no more than 20 millimeters per square meter.
Material and Equipment Preparation
For main structural materials, steel must have a quality certificate, be free of rust and cracks, and wood must be dry and free of decay and insect damage. For wall materials, the coating thickness of color steel plates must comply with regulations, and fiberglass must have sufficient strength and corrosion resistance. For flooring materials, non-slip tiles must be hard and wear-resistant, and wooden floors must be treated for decay prevention with a moisture content controlled between 12% and 18%. Sanitary fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and faucets must be water-saving products and come with product certificates and quality inspection reports. For equipment, lifting equipment must be selected according to the weight and size of the mobile toilet, welding equipment must perform well with electrodes matching the materials being welded, electric tools must have good insulation, and operators must be equipped with protective gear.
Technical Disclosure
The construction unit must organize relevant personnel for technical disclosure, covering construction drawings, construction techniques, quality standards, and safety precautions. Construction drawings should explain component dimensions, positions, and connection methods in detail. Construction techniques should be described according to operational procedures, such as foundation pouring steps and wall installation sequences. Quality standards must be clear, such as welds being full and free of pores and slag inclusions, and toilet sealing meeting leakage rate requirements. Safety precautions must be emphasized, such as protection for high-altitude work and electrical safety.
Other Technical Standards
Electrical wiring must be neat and standardized, with wires protected by conduits and distribution boxes installed in positions convenient for operation and maintenance. Mobile toilets must be able to withstand environmental temperatures ranging from -40°C to 60°C and possess wind, earthquake, and lightning resistance capabilities. Sewage disposal methods must comply with environmental protection requirements, such as using biodegradation or foam sealing technology, with sewage disposal devices being well-sealed and waste tanks equipped with automatic full-level alarms. Internal space design must be reasonable, with toilet and management room spaces not less than specified dimensions, and consideration given to barrier-free design, such as providing disabled toilets and grab bars.
