Technical Requirements for Mobile Toilets
The technical requirements for mobile toilets cover multiple aspects, including structural materials, sanitary ware, electrical safety, environmental adaptability, sewage disposal, design specifications, testing items and standards, and key testing equipment.

In terms of structural materials, the main structural materials such as steel and wood must meet specifications and quality standards. Steel should have a certificate of conformity and be free from rust and cracks, while wood should be dry and free from decay and insect infestation. Wall materials such as color-coated steel sheets and fiberglass-reinforced plastics should have uniform color and be free from defects. The coating thickness of color-coated steel sheets and the strength and corrosion resistance of fiberglass-reinforced plastics must meet standards. Floor materials such as non-slip tiles and anti-corrosion wooden floors should be hard, wear-resistant, and non-slip. Wooden floors should be treated for corrosion resistance and have an appropriate moisture content.
For sanitary ware, items such as toilets, washbasins, and faucets should be of reliable quality and water-saving types, with certificates of conformity and quality inspection reports. The sewage outlet of the toilet should be equipped with a flip-type odor-blocking device.
In terms of electrical safety, electrical wiring should be neat and standardized, with wires protected by conduits. Wires of different voltage levels should be laid separately. The installation location of the distribution box should facilitate operation and maintenance, and electrical components should be intact. Lighting fixtures should be installed in accordance with design requirements, and switches and sockets should be installed at consistent heights with deviations within specified limits. After installation, insulation resistance tests and power-on tests should be conducted.
Regarding environmental adaptability, mobile toilets should be able to adapt to an environmental temperature range of -40°C to 60°C and possess wind, earthquake, and lightning resistance capabilities. The overall wind resistance performance should be no less than Level 10, the earthquake resistance level should be no less than Level 8, and the service life should be no less than 10 years.
In terms of sewage disposal, the sewage disposal method should comply with environmental protection requirements, using technologies such as biodegradation and foam sealing. The sewage disposal device should be well-sealed, and the sewage tank should be equipped with an automatic full-level alarm device.
For design specifications, the internal space design should be reasonable, with sufficient space for toilet compartments and management rooms. Barrier-free design should be considered, with facilities such as disabled compartments and assistive handrails. Signs and labels should comply with relevant standards and use bilingual (Chinese and English) signboards.
Testing items and standards include multiple core testing items such as structural stability, material corrosion resistance, and formaldehyde and VOC emissions, using a standardized testing method system. Key testing equipment includes constant temperature and humidity incubators and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined instruments.
