Mobile Toilet Technical Parameters

Admin October 01, 2026

The technical parameters of mobile toilets cover multiple aspects such as structural materials, performance, specifications, functional configurations, environmental adaptability and energy, as well as appearance and transportation. Details are as follows:

Structural and Material Parameters: The walls are mostly made of thickened color-steel sandwich panels (5cm), metal carved panels, or color-steel composite panels, balancing portability and durability. The keels are galvanized steel structures or aluminum alloy frames, treated with anti-rust measures to adapt to outdoor environments. The floors are made of non-slip aluminum plates, stainless steel, or concrete hard floors to meet non-slip, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant requirements. The top outer layer is made of waterproof materials, and the inner layer can be PVC ceilings or aluminum alloy buckle plates, with reinforced edges to prevent leaks. The structural forms include single structures (independent unit designs suitable for temporary or small-scale needs) and composite structures (such as steel structure composites, using integrated welding technology, with the bottom welded with national standard channel steel, and the columns and frames welded with national standard square steel, and double-layer anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment).

Performance Parameters: The operating temperature range is usually -0℃ to 50℃, covering most climatic conditions. The power supply uses a standard 220V/50Hz power source, with daily power consumption as low as 0.5W, meeting energy-saving requirements. The flushing control is mostly an automatic flushing system (such as water-saving flushing types), optimizing sanitation management efficiency. Waste disposal methods include water flushing (with a single flush volume much lower than traditional toilets), waterless suction (disposing of waste through suction), waterless packing (using sealed packing bags that need to be replaced regularly), and biodegradation (involving parameters such as bacterial strain types, degradation efficiency, and temperature control).

Specifications: The standard dimensions of a single toilet cubicle are 1100mm (length) × 1100mm (width) × 2300mm (height), with double-row layouts requiring horizontal expansion. The external dimensions of a multi-cubicle mobile public toilet are 5850mm in length × 2650mm in width × 2750mm in height, with toilet cubicle dimensions of 1310mm in width × 1620mm in depth × 2100mm in height, and management and disabled cubicles of 2460mm in depth × 1400mm in width × 2100mm in height.

Functional Configurations: Standard facilities include ceramic squat toilets or sit toilets (some with slow-closing lids and antibacterial materials), stainless steel sinks, sensor faucets, intelligent exhaust fans, occupied/unoccupied locks, handrails, toilet paper holders, trash cans, and LED lighting. Optional upgraded configurations include shower equipment, mirrors, storage shelves, hand dryers or paper towel dispensers, biodegradation treatment systems, and solar power supply devices (for some high-end models).

Environmental Adaptability and Energy Parameters: They need to have wind, rain, fire, and moisture resistance, with wall materials requiring insulation and heat resistance. High-end models may be equipped with fire-resistant graphite insulation boards or double-layer waterproof membrane roofs. The energy source is mainly standard power access (AC220V/50Hz), with some models supporting solar power.

Appearance and Transportation Parameters: The exterior wall materials can be high-end dedicated exterior wall tiles (white, red, gray) or metal carved panels, with various roof designs (such as stylish flat roofs or galvanized plate folded groove designs). During transportation, both weight and ground bearing capacity need to be considered, with lifting rings reserved at the four corners of the roof to support multiple overall liftings and relocations.
