Mobile Toilet Structure Situation

Admin September 26, 2026

Mobile toilets come in a variety of structural forms, mainly including single-unit and composite structures, frame structures, one-piece molded structures, and other special structures.

From a broad classification perspective, mobile toilets can be divided into single-unit structure mobile toilets and composite structure mobile toilets based on their structural forms. Single-unit structure mobile toilets are relatively independent and have relatively simple functions; composite structure mobile toilets may combine multiple functional areas or structural features to meet more complex usage requirements.

The frame structure is a common form of mobile toilets. It consists of a frame-type structure welded from steel. The bottom is generally welded using channel steel or I-beams, which provides stable support and ensures the stability of the toilet during use. The columns are made of square steel, and wall materials are installed on the basis of the walls. These wall materials include color steel plates, metal carved plates, aluminum-plastic plates, and anti-corrosion wood. Color steel plates have the advantages of being lightweight, having high strength, and being easy to install; metal carved plates have a beautiful appearance and certain decorative properties; aluminum-plastic plates have good weather resistance and corrosion resistance; anti-corrosion wood gives a natural and warm feeling. The frame-type structure can meet the requirements for lifting, which allows mobile toilets to be easily moved and installed, making them suitable for various temporary or locations that require frequent relocation.

The one-piece molded structure is also an important type of mobile toilet. It has an overall one-piece molded shell with a reinforced chassis, which makes the overall structure of the toilet more sturdy and durable. It is equipped with a vacuum squat toilet and pneumatic flushing. This flushing method can effectively save water while ensuring a good flushing effect and reducing odors.

In addition, there are some other special structural forms. For example, a young man made a mobile toilet using a water storage tank. He split the water storage tank in half, fixed universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy movement, used wooden strips to fix them on the upper side of the tank to increase the height, opened a hole on the side of the water storage tank, installed door frames, walls, roofs, etc., and also installed drainage pipes, toilets, water tanks, washbasins, and other devices. Although this structure is relatively simple, it reflects the characteristic of innovative design using existing materials and is suitable for some scenarios with low facility requirements and temporary use.
