Mobile Toilet Structure
Admin October 05, 2026
The structure of mobile toilets varies depending on the design. Here are some common construction methods:

Structure Based on Wooden Boards and Universal Wheels
- Mobile Structure: Install four universal wheels at the four corners of the wooden board. Use wooden strips for fixation and cut them to create appropriately sized notches for easy movement and positioning.
- Door Frame and Partition: Wrap the cut surfaces with wooden strips to form a door frame structure. Embed aluminum sheets as partitions to divide the space and protect privacy.
- Top and Inner Wall Treatment: Cover the top with the cut-off neck part and paint the inner walls with white cement for beautification, enhancing the user experience.
- Door Panel and Internal Facilities: Assemble and make the door panel and fix it to the door frame with butt hinges to ensure smooth opening and closing. Drill circular holes at the bottom of the internal bucket, install elbows and floor drains, use plastic buckets with drilled holes to connect with threaded reducers, assemble three-way straight pipes and elbws to form a '日' shape, install valve switches, drill holes to connect with water outlets, install shower head clips, assemble and fix the toilet tank, and connect outdoor sewage pipes with septic tanks for sewage discharge and treatment.
Structure Based on Plastic Pallets and Water Storage Tanks
- Mobile and Water Storage Foundation: Utilize plastic pallets and fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom for easy movement. Place water storage tanks to provide water for the toilet.
- Tank Modification: Use an angle grinder to cut the top of the water storage tank to form an open tank. Stack two open-top water storage tanks upside down and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to form the main space of the toilet. Cut out rectangular openings to form doorways for easy access.
- Internal Facility Installation: Drill holes in the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert elbows, and connect them to water pipes for sealing. Place the toilet and fix it with glue to ensure stability. Fix water pipes on the wall with clips and install faucets. Connect a pipe cap below and drill holes as drainage pipe outlets. Fix a stainless steel basin as a sink on the pipe cap, connect the toilet tank inlet pipe and shower hose, install shower brackets and toilet seats, and make a spray-type shower head with wooden boards and water pipes to meet users' washing and toilet needs.
- Door Making: Fix hinges on the water storage tank frame to connect wooden boards to form a door and install door handles for easy opening and closing.
