Standard Equipment for Mobile Toilets
The standard equipment for mobile toilets mainly includes four categories of components: core sanitary fixtures, environmental control systems, water supply and drainage systems, and structural components and accessories. Some products may also add industry-specific basic configurations or high-end features based on demand.

Core Sanitary Fixtures
- Toilets: Primarily ceramic squat toilets or sit-down toilets, with some high-end products using stainless steel materials. They are equipped with foot-operated or sensor-operated flush valves, with water tank capacities typically ranging from 5 to 10 liters.
- Handwashing Systems: Include ceramic or stainless steel handwashing basins (approximately 30-40 cm wide), push-button or sensor-operated faucets, and storage tanks.
- Auxiliary Accessories: Mirrors, coat hooks, storage shelves, toilet paper holders, and trash cans are basic configurations. High-specification toilets may also include child safety seats or toilet seat covers.
Environmental Control Systems
- Ventilation Systems: Utilize powerful exhaust fans with a power range of 20-50 watts, providing 10-15 air changes per hour. Some products feature dual exhaust designs to enhance air circulation.
- Lighting Systems: Primarily use LED energy-saving lights (5-15 watts), with some equipped with emergency lights to ensure normal operation during power outages.
- Temperature Control Systems: In cold regions, insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers can be optionally installed; in hot regions, ventilation skylights or small air conditioners may be added to regulate internal temperature.
Water Supply and Drainage Systems
- Water Supply Systems: Supply water for flushing and handwashing through built-in water tanks (100-300 liters capacity) or external municipal water connections.
- Sewage Systems: The bottom sewage tank typically has a capacity of 200-500 liters, or uses environmentally friendly foam sealing or microbial degradation technologies to reduce odors and pollution.
- Power Systems: Support 220V mains power connection or are equipped with built-in batteries (e.g., 12V/100Ah) and solar panels to ensure continuous operation of the equipment.
Structural Components and Accessories
- Door Locks and Indicators: Equipped with safety door locks inside and 'Occupied/Vacant' indicator locks or LED displays outside to enhance user convenience.
- Materials and Flooring: Wall panels are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass, or color-coated steel plates, while the flooring is non-slip flooring or fiberglass floor grilles to ensure safety and durability.
- Accessibility Facilities: For special populations, handrails, wheelchair turning spaces, and low-height handwashing basins are provided, reflecting humanized design.
In addition, in terms of industry-specific basic configurations, mobile toilets typically consist of fecal sewage storage tanks, flooring, walls, roofs, and mobile devices. Some customized products may add management rooms, baby changing stations, or handrails for the disabled. High-end products may also integrate intelligent management systems (such as toilet occupancy status displays and usage statistics), emergency call devices, or solar power supply systems. However, the more abundant the configurations, the higher the price and maintenance costs.
