Installation Method for Squatting Positions in Mobile Toilets

Admin October 10, 2026

The installation methods for squatting positions in mobile toilets vary depending on the type. Here are the installation key points for common types:

Stainless Steel Waterless Packaging Squat Toilet

  • Installation Method: There are mainly two types: floor-standing bracket type and in-ground type.
  • Key Points for In-ground Installation:
    • Waterproofing: Waterproofing is crucial during in-ground installation. Since the squat toilet is directly buried underground, if the waterproofing is not adequate, leakage problems are likely to occur later, affecting usage and potentially causing damage to the surrounding environment.
    • Floor Leveling: The floor must be leveled, which is the foundation for ensuring the stable installation and normal use of the squat toilet. An uneven floor will cause uneven stress on the squat toilet, leading to damage or inconvenience in use.
    • Fixed Steel Frame: When installing the fixed steel frame, rubber pads should be added. Rubber pads can play a role in buffering and shock absorption, reducing friction and collision between the steel frame and the squat toilet, and extending the service life of the equipment.
    • Leveling the Squat Toilet: After placing the squat toilet, carefully adjust its levelness. Ensuring that the squat toilet is in a horizontal state allows for the smooth discharge of excrement and prevents blockage problems.
    • Shell Treatment: Do not directly apply cement to the stainless steel shell. Directly applying cement may cause corrosion to the stainless steel shell, affecting its appearance and service life. Isolation treatment should be carried out between the shell and the cement.

  • Overall Installation Process: The installation process is relatively complex and involves multiple steps.
  • Key Steps:
    • Application of Structural Adhesive and Installation of Three-way Joint: Apply structural adhesive and install the three-way joint. The structural adhesive should be applied evenly to ensure that the three-way joint is firmly installed and prevent water leakage problems later.
    • Wall Installation: Fix the corner posts and panels, insert and fix the walls, and check and fix the connections between the internal corner posts and panels for leaks. Wall installation should ensure verticality and stability, and the connections should be well-sealed to prevent odor leakage.
    • Accessory Installation: Install and fix the louver windows, handle the sewage discharge pipes, install the door panels, connect the water tanks, washbasins, and faucets, install the exhaust fans, light bulbs, switch sockets, and fix the water inlets, etc. Each accessory should be installed in accordance with relevant standards and specifications to ensure safe and convenient use.
