Mobile Toilet Squat Toilet Installation

There are mainly two ways to install squat toilets in mobile toilets: direct-drain installation and stainless steel waterless packing squat toilet installation.

Direct-Drain Installation

1. Application of Structural Adhesive: Apply structural adhesive evenly at the appropriate location for installing the squat toilet, ensuring sufficient coverage and an appropriate thickness. The structural adhesive serves to fix and seal the toilet, effectively preventing sewage leakage and ensuring installation stability and tightness.
2. Fixing of Corner Posts and Panels: Connect the corner posts to the toilet panels firmly. Corner posts are crucial components that support the toilet structure. By using appropriate fixing methods, such as screws, the corner posts and panels are tightly integrated, providing a stable framework for subsequent installations.
3. Wall Installation: Install the toilet walls according to design requirements. The wall materials should meet hygiene and environmental standards. During installation, pay attention to the verticality and flatness of the walls to ensure the overall stability of the toilet structure.
4. Connection of Sewage Pipes: Connect the sewage outlet of the squat toilet to the pre-laid sewage pipes. Use sealing materials at the connection points to prevent sewage leakage and odor emission, ensuring smooth sewage discharge.
5. Installation of Door Panels and Locks: Install the door panels and locks of the toilet. The door panels should be installed firmly and open and close smoothly. The locks should function properly to ensure the safety and privacy of toilet use.
6. Fixing of Washbasins and Faucets: Install washbasins and faucets at suitable locations. The washbasins should be installed steadily, and the faucets should be connected tightly without any leakage, facilitating user cleaning.
7. Installation of Flush Tanks: Install flush tanks at reasonable positions for easy operation and maintenance. Connect the flush pipes between the flush tanks and the squat toilets to ensure normal flushing functions.
8. Installation of Exhaust Fans and Light Bulbs: Install exhaust fans and light bulbs. Exhaust fans can effectively remove odors from the toilet, keeping the air fresh. Light bulbs should provide sufficient illumination for user convenience.

Stainless Steel Waterless Packing Squat Toilet Installation

This method is suitable for waterless areas without sewage pipes, construction sites, and mobile toilets in scenic spots. It offers two installation options: floor-mounted and in-ground. Floor-mounted installation is relatively simple, requiring only placement of the squat toilet at an appropriate location and securing it. In-ground installation involves digging a suitable pit, placing the squat toilet in the pit, adjusting its position, and then securing and sealing it.
