How to Install a Squat Toilet in a Mobile Toilet

Admin October 11, 2026

The installation method for squat toilets in mobile toilets varies depending on the type. Here are the installation methods for common types:

Installation of Stainless Steel Waterless Packaging Squat Toilet

  • Installation Method Selection: Stainless steel waterless packaging squat toilets can be installed either on the floor or buried underground. If choosing the buried type, special attention must be paid to waterproofing. Since buried installation involves partially embedding the toilet underground, poor waterproofing can easily lead to groundwater leakage, affecting usage and the surrounding environment.
  • Floor Preparation: Before installation, the floor must be leveled. A flat floor provides a stable foundation for the toilet installation, preventing shaking or tilting after installation, which could affect normal usage and drainage.
  • Fixed Steel Frame Installation: When installing the fixed steel frame, add rubber pads at the contact points between the frame and the floor. Rubber pads can act as buffers and shock absorbers, reducing friction and collisions between the frame and the floor, while also increasing the stability of the frame to prevent it from shifting due to vibrations during use.
  • Toilet Installation: Place the squat toilet on the fixed steel frame and adjust its levelness. Ensure that the toilet is level to ensure smooth drainage and prevent water accumulation. Note that the stainless steel shell should not be directly in contact with cement, as cement can corrode the stainless steel shell and affect its service life.

Installation of Direct-Discharge Mobile Toilet with Squat Toilet

  • Three-Way Pipe Installation: First, apply structural adhesive to the three-way pipe and then install it. Structural adhesive can act as a sealant and fixative, ensuring a tight connection between the three-way pipe and the pipeline to prevent water leakage.
  • Wall Fixation: Use corner posts, panels, rivet guns, and electric drills to fix the walls. Corner posts provide support and fixation, panels form the main body of the wall, and rivet guns and electric drills are used to firmly connect the panels to the corner posts, forming a stable wall structure.
  • Accessory Installation: Install accessories such as shutters, door panels, washbasins, faucets, flush tanks, exhaust fans, and light bulbs in sequence. During installation, ensure that each accessory is firmly installed, accurately positioned, and tightly connected to ensure normal usage of the mobile toilet.
  • Water Inlet Treatment: Place the water inlet into the gap between the panels and fix it at the top with sealant. This can prevent water leakage from the connection between the water inlet and the panels, ensuring the tightness of the water pipeline.
