Mobile Toilet Spare Parts List

Admin October 02, 2026

The mobile toilet spare parts list mainly includes the following six categories:

  1. Core Toilet Configuration-Related Parts
Core parts must meet basic usage requirements. These include toilet paper holders (compatible with different sizes of toilet paper), waste paper containers (it is recommended to choose a sealed and splash-proof design), sturdy coat hooks (with a load-bearing capacity of no less than 5kg for hanging clothes or backpacks), handrails (required for accessible toilet stalls, typically with a height of 70-80cm), mirrors (anti-fog treatment is preferable), and ashtrays (equipped with fire-resistant materials). These parts directly affect the user experience and require regular inspection of their stability and functionality.

  2. Sanitary Fixture-Related Parts
Sanitary fixtures must balance water conservation and durability. Spare parts include seals for water-saving squat or sit toilets, flush valve cores, and drainage pipe connectors; splash-proof faucets and drains for sinks; anti-odor partitions and sensor flush modules for urinals; and filters and seals for anti-odor floor drains. All sanitary ware must meet easy-to-clean standards to prevent dirt buildup and maintain hygiene.

  3. Lighting and Ventilation-Related Parts
Lighting and ventilation systems must ensure environmental comfort. Spare parts include energy-efficient lighting (LED lights have a longer lifespan), motors and fan blades for forced exhaust systems (ventilation frequency should be ≥5 times per hour), and filters for fresh air and deodorization systems (recommended to be replaced every 3 months). If emergency lighting devices are equipped, independent power modules (such as batteries) should be stored.

  4. Intelligent Configuration-Related Parts
Intelligent parts must ensure system stability. Spare parts include sensors for infrared sensor flush devices, solenoid valves for sensor hand washers, photoresistors for automatic lighting devices, batteries and signal modules for toilet door electronic displays, mainboards and displays for smart screens, buttons and wiring for emergency call devices, and inverters and batteries for solar power systems (must support more than 4 hours of operation without an external power supply).

  5. Auxiliary Function Area-Related Parts
The auxiliary function area must be stocked with cleaning tools. These include brooms, mops, disinfectant sprayers, garbage bags, and cleaning brushes for the management and tool rooms. If tool cabinets are equipped, spare parts such as cabinet door hinges and locks should be stored.

  6. Expandable Configuration-Related Parts
Expandable parts must be compatible with different treatment systems. For water flush systems, spare parts include float valves for clean water tanks, liquid level monitoring devices for sewage tanks (to prevent overflow), seals for exhaust and deodorization pipes, and quick connectors for fecal extraction ports. For waterless flush systems, biodegradable plastic bags and automatic bag-changing mechanisms are required for the bagging type, while microbial strains and decomposition tank filters are required for the microbial degradation type.
