Mobile Toilet Shower Room Tutorial

Admin October 11, 2026

The production or design of mobile toilet shower rooms can be achieved through three methods: self-made movable, foldable, or integrated solutions. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Self-Made Movable Shower Room (Low-Cost Solution)

  1. Shower Head Production
Use PVC pipes to assemble the main body of the shower head. Drill a row of holes with a diameter of about 2-3 millimeters evenly on the pipe surface as water outlets. It is recommended to control the hole spacing at 1-1.5 centimeters to ensure uniform water flow.
  2. Water Storage and Supply System
Select a green plastic bucket as the water storage container. Drill a hole on the side wall, 10 centimeters from the bottom, to install a water pipe connector. Connect a PVC water pipe and add a valve switch to control the water flow. A drainage hole must be reserved at the bottom to prevent water accumulation.
  3. Shower Head Fixation and Connection
Extend the water pipe to the bottom through a three-way pipe and install a metal three-way connector inside. Connect one end to the shower head water pipe and fix the shower head position with a clip on the other end to ensure it does not shake during use.
  4. Structural Support
Build a simple frame with wooden boards, fix the bucket on top of the frame, and reserve space below for placing shower supplies. Universal wheels can be installed at the bottom of the frame to enable overall movement.

2. Foldable Shower Room Design (Space Optimization Solution)

  1. Partition Structure
Use lightweight aluminum alloy or PVC material to make foldable partitions. Connect the partitions on both sides with hinges. When taking a shower, unfold them to form a closed space, and after showering, fold them back against the wall, occupying less than 0.5 square meters of space.
  2. Dry-Wet Separation and Drainage
Instead of installing a water barrier at the bottom, use a slope design to guide water to the floor drain. Reserve a 5-centimeter-wide drainage channel around to facilitate cleaning of dirt. The floor drain should be equipped with an odor-proof core to prevent odor backflow.
  3. Ventilation Design
When folded, maintain a 10-15 centimeter gap between the partition and the wall to ensure air circulation. An exhaust fan can be installed on the top to accelerate the discharge of moisture and prevent mold growth.

3. Integrated Mobile Toilet Design (Integrated Solution)

  1. Space Layout
Take a 9.6-meter-long mobile toilet as an example. Use gray metal carved panels as the exterior wall and divide the interior into three functional areas: hand-washing sinks on both sides and an integrated squat toilet and shower room in the middle, with dry-wet separation achieved through glass partitions.
  2. Water and Electricity Integration
Install a solar water heater or electric water heater on the top of the shower room. Pre-bury water pipes inside the wall and connect them to the shower head and hand-washing sink. The squat toilet should use a water-saving flush valve, and sewage should be discharged to an external collection tank through pipes.
  3. Material Selection
Lay anti-slip floor tiles on the ground, use waterproof PVC panels on the walls, and install LED lighting and an exhaust fan on the top. The overall structure should be fixed with bolts to ensure it does not loosen during transportation.

Precautions: For the self-made solution, regularly check the sealing of water pipe connectors. For the foldable shower room, avoid hitting the partitions with hard objects. For the integrated design, reserve inspection ports for easy maintenance. For detailed drawings or professional guidance, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer or refer to the Mobile Toilet Design Specification (GB/T 38837-2020).
