Mobile Toilet Sewage System Maintenance
Maintenance of the mobile toilet sewage system should be carried out from multiple aspects, including pipelines, sewage storage tanks, seals, sewage pumps, and comprehensive inspections. Regular maintenance can ensure the stable operation of the system and extend its service life.

1. Sewage Pipeline Maintenance
The sewage pipeline is the core passage of the sewage system and requires regular cleaning to prevent blockages and corrosion. It is recommended to use a high-pressure water jet to flush the inner walls of the pipeline to ensure no residue accumulates. For stubborn dirt and grease, a specialized pipeline cleaner can be used for dissolution, but thorough rinsing after cleaning is necessary to avoid chemical residue corroding the pipeline. At the same time, check for leaks or blockages at pipeline joints and elbows. If blockages are found, immediately use professional unclogging tools (such as spring uncloggers) for cleaning to prevent sewage backflow or odor diffusion.
2. Sewage Storage Tank Maintenance
The sewage storage tank needs to be emptied regularly to prevent sewage overflow. After emptying, the inner walls should be thoroughly flushed and disinfected. When flushing, first empty all waste, then use a high-pressure water jet to flush the inside of the tank. Stubborn dirt can be cleaned with the help of a specialized cleaner, and finally, rinse with clean water and disinfect. In addition, regularly check the tightness of the sewage storage tank, focusing on observing whether the tank seams and the sealing cover are intact. If leaks are found, promptly repair or replace the seals to prevent sewage leakage and environmental pollution.
3. Seal Inspection and Replacement
Seals such as the sealing rings of the sewage pipeline and the sealing cover of the sewage storage tank are key components to prevent odors and sewage leakage. Regularly check whether they are damaged or aged. If cracks, deformation, or a decrease in elasticity are found in the seals, immediately replace them with products of the same original specifications and materials to ensure the sealing effect. When replacing, pay attention to cleaning the contact surfaces to avoid impurities affecting the sealing performance.
4. Sewage Pump Maintenance
The sewage pump is responsible for discharging wastewater and excreta from the sewage storage tank, and its operating status directly affects the sewage discharge efficiency. Regularly check the operating sound and sewage discharge effect of the sewage pump. If abnormal noises or poor drainage are found, promptly repair or replace it. During maintenance, the filter screen and internal components of the sewage pump can be cleaned according to the frequency of use to prevent blockages from affecting performance.
5. Comprehensive Inspection and Anti-crystallization Treatment
A comprehensive inspection of the sewage system should be carried out monthly, covering components such as pipelines, sewage storage tanks, seals, and sewage pumps to ensure no abnormal wear or potential faults. For storage-type mobile toilets, it is also necessary to regularly add fecal decomposers (such as biological enzymes or chemicals) to the black water tank to decompose solid waste and prevent crystallization blockages, while suppressing odor generation.
